It's unclear what's happening. She's talking to somebody on the phone (I think it's Rito since she mentions his voice) and feels like Rito is fondling her. Her extreme arousal is not natural so there's probably an invention of Lala or something at work here, unless Rito possesses the power to make women orgasm with his voice.
