Then why Stanford?

CalTech, MIT, Georgia Tech.. all these seem to be better for the aforementioned majors that you're thinking of.

Well I guess I'm biased because I like larger campuses and want to stay on the West Coast soo..

Go to MIT and you can mess around at Harvard.





Apart from that, if you're serious about your studies and pursuing a post-graduate you should give this some thought. If not, whatever. I'm sure if you work hard wherever you go, things will be fine.

College is a crap shoot. You might be perfectly qualified for some schools but just not get in, so you really just have to apply to a bunch of different places and not rule anything out.
