C-Station (the entirety of what used to be their animation department) became independent last year, so Bee Train has effectively bowed out as a production studio.

No, mainly because it's actually a harem, so the other (exponentially better) girls take up most of the screen time. And the MC isn't a perverted idiot.

Yui Sakakibara will perform the opening theme for the anime, while Mariya Ise, Ayane Sakura, and Marina Inoue will perform the ending. The title of the opening is “Seiken Nante Iranai” (I Don't Need a Holy Sword), while the ending theme is titled "MOST Ijō no 'MOSTEST'” (A “Mostest” More Than Most)

On AT-X, this show is an age restriction program, meaning it won't be censored. In other words, black bars and mysterious lights will be everywhere on public TV!

but it'sstill relevant, some guys would rather watch a censored version, especially if the censorship is clever and not cuts; otehr guys would rather watch the uncensored version which if not aired means waiting for the blurays.

Character design look quite different fron LN counterpart but I don't really mind. The animation is nice BTW.

Anyway, saw the PV , yep it's different from the char design specially Rebecca, but doesn't matter as long as this will be deliver nicely, now I wonder how many volume will the anime cover. Hope it is longer than what Machine Doll has delivered which covered only 3 volumes of the novel.

Oh ho? That is interesting - I was not expecting this one to be streamed for some reason but.... Hmm. Well, I may give it a look-see. The manga material has some elements not to my taste, and fanservice gets boring quick for me, but I am asucker for fantasy settings and the like.
