I'm all for elaborating on other characters but in Minami's case I'm satisfied with how things are. I'm on Keima's side that it's all for the better that she forgot about everything and isn't involved in further plots especially because she's the youngest one he captured so far. Can't have innocent pure girls get involved in dangerous situations nor do I see any place for romantic development.

But if she were to ever pop up again with some kind of significance then I'd find it interesting because I believe that she has potential to develop a mature character. She's shy but she reminds me less of Shiori but more of Tenri who actually understands Keima quite a bit because she is very observative and can act calm when called for. Another interesting aspect is that Minami is the only conquered girl who narrated her own conquest in a way, I guess it made her stand out a bit despite being fast food for plot device.

What are you talking about, sir? In the first pic she's bending down AND squeezing her chest with her arms. Of course their sizes have (apparently) changed.
