I've seen Malphite build and lane a variety of ways, but yea free MF and Orianas can be pretty bad at times(though Free Ezreal last week was worse imo ).

And TSM finally wins in a recent LAN tourney against CLG.
Kinda anticlimactic though, as CLG stomped them during the first set, while TSM stomped them in the second. It was good games, but certainly not to the level of game 2 of Curse vs MM seen here... http://ipl4.leagueoflegends.com/gall...s-curse-game-2

Hecarim patch is out.
This S2 Week 21 rotation is painful....I didn't realise how bad people could be at Alistair, Morgana, Skarner and Kog'maw. Especially Alistair....it's verging on pandemic. And I shiver at how many people are going to waste time playing Heimerdinger. Oh well, hopefully I end up on the same team as good Mundos, since almost any Mundo I come across ends up controlling a match. Not sure what to make of Hecarim. The speed is impressive as is the lunge. I had a decent one on my team in one game tonight but saw some terrible ones on opponents. So far there's definitely other tanky DPS I fear more than Hecarim - like Jax and Sion.

Hmm... Hecarim feels like another Sejuani in the jungle. Basically an AoE clearer with no sustain (his W gives back piddly amounts of hp), but with more reliance on blue buff than Sejuani as his mana costs are like Skarner's. Which in this invasion heavy jungle meta, don't seem to be all that good going for him.
Will see...

Heimerdinger is pretty strong in the right comps.
Anyway how can you possibly be bad with Alistar? The only thing I can think of is headbutt-saving enemies from dying. But why would you play Alistar in the first line if you can't land his combo ;_; And wtf people can be bad with Morgana wat. |

As for Heimer, if you give him a couple of heroes to pull people in and allow Heimer's assault to nuke them, sure he works. But that's a big if.

Edit: Hecarim is an easy gank for me after early game...I think he already needs a buff. His ulti is fine but after that he seems to get destroyed in team fights.

I think he's pretty balanced so far, not overpowered but definitely not weak either. He should be jungling instead of laning and his ganks are pretty dangerous. |

Kennen and Malhazar are the latest to get permanent IP reductions.
Edit: Okay, Hecarim doesn't need a nerf. Hec on my side in a match just now went 17-0. All he had was Wriggle's, Trinity Force and Phantom Dancer.

Athene’s Unholy Grail
Item Cost: 2950 Recipe Cost: 500 +80 Ability Power +40 Magic Resist +15 Mana Regen per 5 seconds +15% Cooldown Reduction Passive: Restores 12% of your max Mana on Kill or Assist. UNIQUE Passive: Increases your Mana Regen by 1% per 1% Mana you are missing. Does not stack with Chalice of Harmony. Components: Fiendish Codex + Chalice of Harmony + Recipe (500). --------- It is blatantly OP tbh.
