It would be instrumental. Maaya Sakamoto doesn't sing character songs. Dunno for what reasons but it's the fact and they already confirmed it would be instrumental.

There are two things I have concluded from this episode

Spoiler:

Araragi really does have some beastly arms and that it would have been 100x more awesome had Araragi slipped his hand inside the side of that dress.
