Back to the question of taking over entire dimensions or universes, if there are an infinite amount of universes why do they have a hard time with only one universe? Or is it possible to truly conquer the universe and/or multiverses?

Don't think so. A universe is a large place, and many of the worlds in it are largely uninhabitable anyway. They'd probably only take control of habitable worlds.

As Keroko, I'd say no. I don't think I've seen/read any fiction with an entire universe taken over. Galaxies maybe but not universes. It's too big even for fiction IMO.

Now add dimensions and it doesn't mix any better.

Personally, I think it's best not to give too much thought on these things. They'll only make less sense the more you do.

Agreed. Lets just say they have a large area of control perhaps.

As usual, Scifi Writers Have No Sense of Scale. Taking over a universe would be nearly to completely impossible; it's just too goddamn big. More likely, there are focal points in each universe which consist of the most technologically-advanced planet in that universe; Mid-Childa for its' universe, Belka for that universe, Earth for ours, etc etc, and interdimensional travel drops you at that planet as the "0,0,0" XYZ coordinates due to a function of interdimensional travel set by the designers of the Bureau's warships' navicomputers and the coordinates used for interdimensional transit spells. From there you move around in the universe through FTL travel.

Or something. I was only a B+ student in my science fiction class, so don't take this too seriously.

Rein and Agito are exactly what? Constructors? Programs? Devices? Spirits? ...?

Devices. They even get maintenance checks, rather then medical checks.

Is Nanohs's way (or any other character of this type) of "befriending" people realistic?

I really doubt that

If the Troper Tales entry on Defeat Means Friendship is any indication, then it's probably more realistic than it seems to be.

Okay i have not managed to keep track of this so this may be a returning question.

What is Subaru's latest post in the Bureau.

So far my sources say she's "Swordfish 1", denoting a "flight leader".

But of what group/squadron/etc?

Last I checked she was still with that Search and Rescue unit she joined at the end of StrikerS. As for which unit specifically, that I can't say as I don't have my StrikerS fansubs handy. You might consider looking through the SSX translations in the music thread if nobody else can answer this.

Subaru is part of the Special Rescue Force, a unit that goes into especially dangerous situations in order to rescue people.

No, we just know it was less than 6 years after A's (MC0065).

It would have been fairly quickly after A's though, since Lindy took a ground job in order to watch over Fate.
