Considering both of these points, I think you may have seen a preview for the BD/DVD bonus episode. That would make far more sense for a hot spring episode. (and the thought kicks my saliva glands into high gear........)

Nope, next ep is definitely a filler ep. There's a raw out there that has the preview section.

What I hope for is that they use it to put in the minor but good scenes that have been omitted from the two arcs so far.

Where is this raw? Because I've seen two different raws and neither had a preview. Nor can I find the preview on blog sites covering this series that do put up the PVs when they're shown.

Well even if Kurumi were in the episode, I'd still be wondering "why the heck are they doing a hot springs episode when they've cut out so much significant material" too. It does seem rather dumb. Admittedly it does come partially from the fact they've delayed Kurumi's introduction into the series for this without even putting her in it

, but mostly it is due to the exclusion of significant novel material that was done to fit this in, so I'm hoping they do put in some of that cut material as well. This kind of episode is much more suited to being the bonus BD/DVD episode that's been scheduled though. But since they took the time to fit it into the series, I would expect something to happen other than hot springs fanservice.

Does she really interested in him that much since when?

Origami's hatreds towards the spirits are really scary actually.
Ever since the first episode, I think it might get worse.

So personality is just personality, boasting Kotori is no different usual Shidou's sister one.

Watching both episode 3 and 4 has confirmed something for me- It would benefit the show if they stuck to more Action scenes and 'dark' moments.

Because every romcom scene they show has been done to death already, and no amount of cutely animated heroine would change that.

I couldn't agree more. I understand that the author isn't exactly the best writer ever, but I feel that this series would be a lot better off in the serious plot™ department. Fortunately the next arc has plenty of DARKNESS™ and the novels seem to be heading in that direction, so there's that, I suppose. Romcom is fun and all, but everything this show does has already been done either by itself or by some other generic romcom out there, which is why I think those parts are the lowest points in this series.

Remember the whole concept we had about the first 3 episodes a few pages ago this proves that point. The first three epsiodes in this case are about tohka and its generic as crap so people will drop it and the fact is romcoms already been done many times so people will be tired of the same old same old.

Action and dark moments have been done just as much or even more so then romcom, so what would be the point of those? The simple solution if you are sick and tired of romcom is not to watch them as there is no lack of action series and quite a few dark ones around as well. It's a bit stupid to watch a genre you dislike and demand it to change into one you like.
