ok i have done the avatar personally and tried to resize it but to no avail i failed so i need an expert to help XD well do delete some frames if need and if so increase the frame rate to a slower pace thus no showing that frames are not deleted and also add a border or Black-White-Black

I tried quite a few but they were all ended up way to big to be used within ASuki's limit. I'm sorry.
