haha yea I would say the same but Madoka still got a long ways to go to beat Saeko-swan, I mean she donned the legendary naked apron!

but I get the feeling if Madoka did the same she would indeed catch up, if not surpass Saeko-swan

usually ones inclined to dislike a person such as Vera but I don't know I quite like her bitchy attitude for some reason.

Saeko's apron w/black thong/katana/riding on humvee's roof was epic. Oh, and I forgot to mention that they seem to go after younger men.

So, I must wonder why was Madoka willing to risk her identity being compromised with this guy? She may be Korean like he is but that's no reason to tell him, even if it's to get him to trust her. She's really high on the totem pole and if Honse was willing to set up a meeting between her and him (I can't for the life of me remember the main character's name), she can't be nearly as bad as Vera's current lapgirl.

My absolute best guess is that she told him that she's starting to really like him. His expression tells quite a bit - that's the most gentle expression I've seen from him when looking at a girl from this school.

But I do wonder, who are the other 3 'Paths' - Water, Earth, Air? They showed some in the flashback with Lightning Tiger they had all died - I wonder if they managed to pass on their arts before they died or not...

I was a bit disappointed till that chapter because they didn't interact a lot. Anyways, "possible" romance aside, it seems that there are many interesting infos in the upcoming Volumes. I wonder who is that masked man that Vera finally killed. We also can see a girl who saved Rud when he was young, and who apparently got killed.

About Madoka, I wouldn't mind a bit of romance in this series. There are little hints (like that Vera loved Lightning Tiger) but nothing important so far.

As for why they can't interact - 'Madoka' is an aide to Vera herself. If she started hanging out with him, Vera will get very jealous. But yeah, she has to keep up appearances so she has to act like she doesn't know. But as of now, she's got the best chance for romance.

The masked guy seemed like someone that had loved Vera. When she was wounded by L.T., he was screaming. I can guess that he was pissed that either 1) she was so hung up on L.T. that she ignored him, or 2) she just plain ignored him. So he got incredibly strong t0 challenge her so that she would recognize him as someone worthy of her but she always refused him. As for why Madoka is in it, it's possible that she had liked him but I don't see that (yet). Seems that she was very pissed that he managed to beat her so easily and strip Vera down like he did before he split from the Council group. They were all comrades when they were younger.

Vera's so obsessed with L.T. Like she admitted, L.T. was the first man to teach her what real 'fear' felt like. He mauled her - even used one of her own secret moves against her and made lightning strike. I don't think that Vera will like Ma Ganryong

For Vera, It's...complicated You know how some girls will fall for a guy who totally disregards everything they think should make him fall on their knees in front of them.
And it's not stated if Yoori died, but Fire Dragon let us know from telling Honse the reason why he wants the EOLT breathing method - because L.T. did manage to defeat the strongest single person in Reunion.

The two people that were there are Fire Dragon and one other member of the original Heavenly Paths. They don't care about the fact that Madoka met with Ma Ganryong if they even actually saw them together.

I just want them to hurry up to where Madoka starts teasing Shinra. All the crap Shinra's said up to now has gotten on my nerves and seeing Madoka give her some of her own medicine has me itching to see what she actually said.

Chapter 28's out. Pondering the new info as I type... And DAMN...this is a nice development. We finally know who Anichella is and the reason for the animosity between Guhoo and Rud. So they are planning a war against the Student Council...I wonder if Madoka returning has something to do with that as well...

oh I decided to peek at the raws and I spied a nice little pic of Vera with Winnie the Pooh panties, can't help but like her a wee bit moar

The first time they showed her, for the first page she had really dark (almost black looking) hair. Then suddenly a couple pages later and ever since she's had light colored hair. I like light purple so I'm fine with it, but I was thrown off a bit as well. Either way she's awesome.
