I loove metal, like Iron Maiden, Metallica, Rob Zombie and Motorhead.
I also love grunge METAL bands like Seether and Alice in Chains.
Faith No More is my fave band ever! Theyre like every genre fused into one band, all infused with pure metal. If people rapped like Patton does in Epic, then the world would be a much better place I say.
I also like marilyn manson, fear me ^-^ hahaha

I have a distaste in screaming/yelling. Preferably oriental rock/pop. These ears hate rap, except HOME MADE KAZOKU.

If you like Sigur Ros, check out the Album Leaf. Also some of Henry Cow's music was quite similar (Ruin is one example), although they explored a lot of different ideas.

I think I just fell in love with whatever band is playing in that video.

Anywho! I like listening to a variety of genres. Some of my favorite musicians are VNV Nation, Wumpscut, Nine Inch Nails, Közi, Alizée, Johnny Cash, And One, Björk, Danny Elfman, Combichrist, Yoko Kanno, KMFDM, Malice Mizer, and Mindless Self Indulgence. I'd name genres, but as you see, I do alot of jumping around when it comes to them.

Maximum the Hormone.
Believe it or not, although their styles may not seem like it, they do quite a few anime themes.

AirMaster ending, Akagi ending, and Death Note 2nd OP & 2nd ED.
And unlike other "licensed artists" that do songs for anime, these guys actually writes up lyrics matching the content and theme of each show, and captures it in the lyrics. (For example, Akagi ED is all about Mahjong and Akagi's lifestyle, Air Master ED is about training and honing one's street brawling abilities, Death Note ED is about using death note to rid world of the sinners)

Although they are pretty hard-core sounding, and hardly a typical J-pop found in anime, they are actually MORE respectful of their subjects.
I respect that, very much.

Oh, and it rocks. Hard.

I stopped watching Death Note after it got licensed, a decision I still regret. I suppose I'll check out YouTube to find a link to the 2nd version of the end and opening themes. So what you're saying is that MtH is creative, and likes to make music, right? That sounds great. I wish all animes had theme songs to go with the actual story.

I listen to Punk, Hardcore, Indie, Rock, Electronic, Digital Hardcore, Techno, Eurobeat, a litte bit of rap, and a little bit of metal. Some of my favorite bands probably cross into other genres of music, but it is so hard to label some bands because their style is all over the place. I also listen to some J-Music, but not that much.

You can never go wrong with some Portugal. The Man.

UK Grime. Artists include Skepta, Wiley, JME, Lethal B, Scorcher & many more.

The sound is a mixture of all different genres of music including reggae, hip-hip, electro & rap. The production is made on the computer and MCs 'spit' on the beat.

Grime was born in the late 2001s. Check it out on wikipedia if you want.

I like Grime but apart from Boy Better Know & The Movement and a few individuals like Tinchy Stryder and Kano and a couple of others the rest of grime is whack.

I've been listening to a lot of J-pop lately. I like listening to my Anipara Club Dance Dance No. 1. Favorite Songs: "Tomorrow" (FMP) and "Forever Love" (X- The Movie)

I also love the Blue Man Group and their style.

Listen to "Erotic Lounge" series. It's a series of different groups/songs... Very relaxed... lounge/ambient/trance music.. not at all sexual.
