She may have simply saved him because he is the son of Marianne. I'm sure many already came to this logical conclusion. And if any of those spoilers about Kallen are true, which they probably are, it's is pretty much confirmed it's her.
I wouldn't be all that surprised if Lelouch and Kallen get together and have C.C. as some weird friend/daughter. I bet a lot of people would simply love the idea of that, wouldn't they.

That is just ridiculous. And I am pretty sure she will get her memory back. We still don't know who she was talking to, and she isn't the C.C. we know, so there is no way she will remain like this forever. This is probably temporary.
Lelouchis important to her. Or she could have tricked him into becoming a immortal. He also managed to make her
want to live.
And what spoilers are you talking about? There is a more clear spoiler(ring) for LelouchxC.C.
I just don't see anything
from Lelouch (except when he said he'd come to rescue her, and that could easily be friendship) towards Kallen. This season has been developing Kallen's feelings for Lelouch. And throughout Code Geass Lelouch and C.C. have been discussing their plans with each other. He opens up to C.C. not Kallen. Lelouch and C.C. are also at times very honest with each other. I think there is a natural comfort level between them. I don't see that with Luluxanyone else.
In Full Metal Panic I liked Tessa better, but Kaname and Sousuke worked better so it was ok. Similarly LxC work well as a
pair.
