Akira's point total being below Alice's wasn't that mattered. He scored a perfect score from not just 1 but 2 judges which Alice could not accomplish. Alice didn't even get a perfect score from any judge.

if you remember last contest souma's cooking is perfect(100). It is just that his father's is beyond perfection . I am quite sure that at least souma will get the full score

Considering that he went after Hayama, I would normally assume that he would get a higher score, but perhaps he will get that higher score without getting a perfect score from any judge like Hayama, thereby cementing him as still being a threat and rival.

Well, if Souma gets 19 from every judge he'll get 95 points which isn't bad since it'll still be higher than Hayama but not a perfect score.

Souma will get 94. Tying with a spice expert in a curry competition is enough of an accomplishment. Alice will remain the undisputed number 1 of the tournament.

But you're contradicting yourself by saying that Alice who isn't a expert on spice defeated a spice expert on a curry dish while Soma can't. But either way, even if it a tie, it still down to a final vote and Soma will still won since he has the plot armor of a MC.
