The reason for that is that those are the current top ten rankings. If you recall it was once said that God from the bible was the strongest of all the Gods. It's safe to assume that he would also be in that top ten ranking, but he isn't because he died. Ddraig and Albion in their original forms are said to stronger than God, so they should have been included in the top ten ranking too. But they are due to them being sealed in SGs and having a limiter (curse/seal) being placed on them, preventing them from accessing their full power. And to top it of their hosts have yet to master their power.

These things always confuse me, because of the explanation ddraig give to isse at volume 3 im under the impression that the 2 original heavenly dragons power can only rivaled god and the maou but not stronger than them...

The fact that the three side of fallen angel and heaven and devils need to team up to with their armies to take to the two heavenly dragons tell u the god in the bible and old maou are scared of them

Yes, but the later volumes state that the Heavenly Dragons (Ddraig and Alibion) were stronger that God and the 4 Maou.

Of course they were, they were stronger than them. So much so that they referred to them as monsters and loathsome existences.

But the problem now is that none of the top 10 belong to the "bible" faction not really the ideal position considering "bible" faction pretty much control the world

In their normal states, no. But when they're in their "True Forms", yes they would be included in the top ten.

Only Sirzechs has been shown in his true form. I don't think anything has been revealed from Ajuka. Am I missing something?

Ajuka is described by people who know of Sirzechs "destruction form" as being Sirzechs equal. He is also referred to as a super-devil, which is something only Sirzechs and one other (unknown) person can claim.

I know that, let me rephrase "has Ajuka been revealed to have another "form" like Sirzechs?" to my knowledge he's just an incredibly high controller/technique type waaay beyond what Sirzechs is capable of, in way of technique that is.

Correction to that. Not technique but equation. His magic altering that is shown in the fight against the Khaos Brigade under Siegfried's command is from altering the equation of the magic circle.

LOL j/k yea it's been a while I just figured it was under technique since his control of magic was just overwhelming. But Ajuka is pretty OP in what's been shown of him thus far.

i dont know if Ajuka has a "true form" but i think it more like when he take thing seriously , that when he show his true power .; the few times they showed him he looked more or less laid back , kinda , free spirited not really carry much , just focusing on his game ..

I don't think that Ajuka has a "True Form" since Sirzechs father already said that his son is the only exception who differs from another devil. Ajuka might be on the same monster class as Sirzechs, but he doesn't have special traits other than his exceptional intellect.

If i'm not mistaken didn't Lord Gremory referred to both Sirzechs and Ajuka when he was saying that they are irregularity among the Devils and can't fit into any other position beside being a Maou.

……Though there is one more Devil who you can call a Super-Devil though…… Though he hid himself somewhere. If he comes out, then that will be very dangerous.

At that time Lord Gremory only refer to Sirzechs as being a mutation of a devil. Ajuka isn't included in the mutation part but is included indirectly as Super Devils by Azazel.

Ajuka is to Sirzechs as Kiba is to Ise. Ise's an abnormality to devils just like Sirzechs. Ajuka and Kiba had trained with the two of them first hand so while they aren't abnormal their growth is FAR faster because they have the best training partners and it takes everything they can muster to keep up.
