Sorry for double post but last post was already more than one week old.

I just watched the last extras of Oreimo anime vol.8 and Kanako spoiled something that even they said it hasnt been shown either in the anime or the novels.

For some reason Kanako starts calling Manami, "Master, teacher, 師匠". Lol, this Oreimo conglomerate is really awesome, they even meddle with the psp game. XD

Kirino is indeed cute and loveable but seeing Kuroneko's demeanor in her own manga just....makes....have a terrible urge to devour her. Seriously Ruri is outrageously cute and -sexy- when enters into her kind of, trance, specificly when she is thinking in Kyo (or Kyo and Kirino together).

Now I undertand that meme. Ruri in trance just makes me...HHHNNNNGGGGGG!!!

I was just about to post this, did you read this on sankaku too? XD But you forgot the context of the image, it's (apparently) the Vol.9 cover.

There is some speculation about that being a wedding dress. I dont think it is, but fck! Again, that single cover points toward more Kirino x Kyo relationship development. This is an old discussion, but I wished more Kuroneko development .__.

A cover with the trio would've been nice.

lol at the cover. so straight foreword and poor kirino. she's forced into it.

from what i get on another site, 9 will be a collection of short stories and will be more comedy than a love story. this may be one of those funny stories.

Well, seems like this will be a whole volume of omakes, comedy and stuff and zero story development. There (as far as i know) has not been any announcement about volume 10 being the last and some authors usually mention what the last will be with 2 volumes of anticipation (for example, Zero no Tsukaima author announced vol22 would be last when vol21 was and is, still in the works) so it's a little safe to expect at least 11 volumes, but that only author knows.

About the dress, well, since the classic model for wedding is -pure white- and that model is pink-ish I'll put my money in it's not a wedding dress.

I just say, oreimo is in hype (in slow decline though) right now because of anime, so, author should milk this gold cow while he can.

Honestly, if it weren't for karice67's summary translation, I'd have assumed it to be a bridesmaid dress. Most wedding dresses have a veil or some other head piece (a flower doesn't count), and are white not pink.

Due to it's content, Ayase's seems to take place after 8, Hinata's possibly before/during (she talks about 'my sister's boyfriend? Just an imaginary one, right?'). And I think Sena's has to be after because Kirino's in it (I don't think they've met yet, right? Unless they did meet during Comiket...*doesn't remember*).

No idea about the others.
