I work in property development/apartment management/real estate. I have my real estate license for the state of Massachusetts, but am not a realtor per se (more of an investor, but would like to sell real estate concurrently at some point when I have less things up in the air). I am working on my builder's license, as I would like to start flipping houses with my brother on the side for extra cash. I also manage several apartment complexes and am looking to invest in some multi-family properties in the Boston area (rentals for college kids). I'd also like to get an online health/fitness business up (perhaps with a supplement brand) and running at some point in the future, but want to wait until I have a good sum to invest and make it self-run before I do that. I've also done short term business projects with online marketing.
