For anyone mesmerized by Nymph's cuteness, notice the gradual change in the size of her head. Say compare chapter 25 with 10 .

I hope for a happy end though...

Read the 8 manga chapters that are scanned and it was quite a good read, should be hilarious when animated.. hopefully this doesn't do a moronic time skip like another manga by this mangaka...

Hoho, then you haven't looked at the author's earlier work, Watashi no Messiah-sama, which is a pretty serious and sometimes depressing epic story.

Sora no Otoshimono is like his way of unwinding himself after all the angst and drama of that manga.

Ugh.

I dropped Watashi no Messiah-sama halfway through after all the melodrama and plot holes really got over the top, and was scared of going into Sora no Otoshimono for a long time. When I finally relented, I found it...generic. Utterly uninspired for someone who, despite making a melodramatic train wreck of a plot in his earlier work, at least tried be serious and interesting there. The angel girl isn't even attractive, what's with those droopy slave eyes.

So I guess I'm not in the target demographic of this anime.

The manga is very funny. Love how the main characters is extremely perverted and damn proud of it. Like what happened with all those panties storyline.

Hopefully they do a good job at the comedy in the anime and not pull a Love Hina/Negima where it pails in comparison to it's manga counterpart.

He takes the 2 angeloids out to the zoo because they want to know what 'going on a date is like', but Ikaros got jealous of Nymph and starting freeing the animals thinking it'll make her master happy. Animals chase him down, eat off his shorts. Authorities think he's a new terrorist and call in the military, and even Obama shows up XD

I agree, the series does get much more interesting later on, like around when Nymph is introduced. The beginnning does start kind of generic though.
