I had a thought. I wonder if it would be possible for Issei to use his gift on individual parts of a woman like their eggs. It would probably solve the low birthrate problem and net him a lot of a money in the process.

That does seem like a good idea and it could work for the opp sex too if needed, I can see Azazel implementing that idea now that he is free to do anything

Maybe but do you think for one second that Rias and the other girls let Issei near another woman other then them.
He try that with them but other women.
And even then he wont and they wont want that . At the very least not Akeno I doubt she wants to give up all the "work " it takes to make kids. The same can be said for Issei.

not necessarily. He's just using gift on them. Not trying to be the sperm donor (he'd probably be tempted to though). Those that use him are also more likely those married or about to be married. The girls would be more likely to just keep a close eye on him to make sure that he doesn't try anything inappropriate. Also with how hard it is for devils to conceive, the girls would probably be forced to grin and bear it for the sake of the underworld.

Well that aside I think Rias will still compline about other girls coming to Issei . She has accepted all the other girls ,but any new girls has yet to be seen. Well there has not beeen any new girls introduced yet so will have to wait and see.

And I don't think some one is crazy enough to face their wrath. And,also i don't think we will have new girls .
