So I watched the epilogue and it was stated that he "recovered his revoked Administration Staff weapons-bearing permit" and "is returning to the path of being a pilot/sniper"

On a side note, I've just recently found out here that the correct term is actually not "Administration Bureau" but "Administrative Bureau" (okay, so it actually said "Adminiatrative Bureau" in some spots, but still worth mentioning)

Well, AFAIK, the "Administrative Bureau" is the official spelling since StrikerS, though "Space-Time Administration Bureau" was official during the first two seasons...

The voices are mostly decent, other than Arf pronunciation issues and Raising/Raging indecision. Honestly, it was a lot better than I was afraid of, though it seemed the direction could have used some serious work (for consistency). But now it's been several months since I last watched it dubbed, so that's all I really remember. Hope that helps.

I'm wondering, could someone point me to some canon sources that talk about familiars in Nanohaverse? (I've seen the 3 anime seasons and read SS 2). I'm in need of research for one of my fanfics

I recently read on the Nanoha Wikia that apparently there are Nanoha light novels that mentioned that a master can choose to sever the emphatic link with their familiar?

Can someone kindly point me to the source for this, thanks!

The only extensive canon source on familiars is Nanoha Sound Stage 02 AFAIK...

I am not sure the Nanoha light novel has ever been translated into English...

From what I hear, the light novel is not part of the main continuity, anyway.
