I'm not sure if I got the correct scene but this is what I saw as Sayaka's soul gem becoming a grief seed. The subtitled version I watched shows Sayaka's open mouth at 22:00 while the dub shows Oktavia floating around.
Quality depends on how hard it was to calculate the optimisation depending on the version.

Whilst looking at it I thought to myself "I wonder if something can be done to his eyes to make it even more awesome" so, my request is if someone could add some sort of reddish, fiery, glowing effect to his eyes (That if possible, fades in and out, if not then no worries )

The size can be whatever you need it to be if it helps as long as it's safe to use on the forums A border is something I also request I can provide a bigger image if needed.

If none of the above is possible, then just a normal avatar + border with the picture will do You can see there's more on the left so if the image could be centered that would be wonderful
