Just like MidoriShinobi one two pages ago,
My most favorite pairing is also Yoh and Anna from Shaman King (manga, cause we all know the anime sucked big time). Both of them have very unique personalities, considering it's a shounen manga, also it's one of the few shounen story at actually have romance, instead of hints. They also had a very romantic past, where, Spoiler:
...Which ended in a very sweet confession from Anna, one of the best I've seen/heard from ANY series. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Other favorites...Lets see... ( can't quite remember all of them, so I'll just take the recent few...) Kyon x Haruhi (SHnY)- This is a given. Kyon has came up with (in my opinion) the most ORGINAL confession ever! Haruhi's reaction was cute as well =P. Yuji x Shana (SnS)- The two of them look good together with their opposite personalities. It also helps that Shana's a Tsundere (my personal favorite Tsundere as well!). Saito x Siesta (ZnT)- Sigh, one can only hope... Eve x Leon (Black Cat) - I'm a sucker for puppy love... (Amongs other reasons of course...) Allen x Leenali (D.Gray-man) - Okay, it kinda grew on me, and it's either this or yaoi (room suddenly became cold...) . But seriously, they do work well together and seems to have a close bond. Also, Spoiler:
Coud x Ren (Erementar Gerad) - They look good, other then that, it's a rather common type of couple... Mizuho x Takako/Shion/Maria - Whichever one, I don't care, they're all good =) (And yes, 'she' is a HE...) Mashiro x Akiko (Shounen Onmyouji) - Ah, puppy love again... Only this one has a princess in it. (Common mistake, this is actually from a Shojo novel) Hmm... Can't think of any more... Let me grab what Homer simpson calls 'thinking juice'...

dont worry about it capture I like NarSak but i think NarHin is a better pair: but my favorite couple would have to be:
Kyosuke Date and Komugi Nakahara: Soultaker- Just b/c they are soo different Kazuki Yotsuga and Mitsuki Sanada or Yayoi Schwael: From Dual! Parallel Trouble Adventure.

Roy/Katsumi from Silent Mobius. It was funny, it was romantic, it had everything and the kitchen sink, tragedy, and even some sort of uplifting goodness from beyond the grave.
Other than that, Kira x Lacus...it's sorta like Zeus and Hera gone right. God and goddess!
