yes, I did type it with a phone. Vertical at that >.> stupid android keypad.

The biggest I did was 24k, after I decided 49 was probably gonna induce TLDR syndrome.

I should really try and aim higher, most of my stories seldom hit 10k words mark.

Though to be honest, highly doubt that it would be easy for me to do something like that.

It took me like 2 days just to create a 3000 words of notes and one full day to do a chapter (taking distractions into account).

I used to type with my phone on the go. That was when I was still using my HTC Chacha. Small it may be but physical keypad are actually decent. Wrote a lot ofsnippets on this thread with'em.

Yeah, I usually type with my phone, but I needed some thing bigger to type on, so I dug up a slow little netbook, got a live USB with tails on it, edited the BIOS, and now I can actually type quickly.

Think about a start, think about where you want to end it. Then just fill the in between with whatever comes to mind that eventually leads up to the end you want.

As long as it's not ME!ME!ME! you're using for inspiration. ... and as I say that, I already inputted Madoka in for that pink-haired girl, and Ichika for the guy... and it fits.

This is why I hang around this forum (other than support for writing). You guys give me an endless supply of awesome (albeit in bad taste) ideas, since the majority of us decide to show our slightly more effed up side on here.

Also, Ichika wouldn't die. He has plot armor.

With canon vs ST Madoka, who will prove superior? Well, either of them will be flattened by Chifuyu regardless.

Got that covered in another manner, actually. I made all seven chapters in summary form first, then break down each scene with actual dialogue and chapter materials.

Speaking of which, why do I have a feeling that Expiration Date would have made a better replacement for the VR crap thing? I mean it has a decent blend of humor, seriousness and romance.

Mine is more of. "Okay so it would be really cool to start with a scene like this and it would be cool to end with a scene like this." Then I write up stuff that to keep continuing along. Sometimes I pause to think of a logical scene which I feel moves me. Either cool or interesting then I put it in somehow.

It's really messed up now how I wrote 48/49k words now that I think of it. Half the time I was just making shit up as I went along

I had to make a lot of compromises.

Hnnn, never thought of that one... but that brings another question to mind. Are the girls who attend ISA sponsored in some way? Cecilia has her family's wealth to fall back on. Rin is there (on paper) representing the Chinese military, just like Laura. Charles has the Dunois company at her back (in name), and the Sarashiki have to have some money somewhere. For those who don't have financial assets to fall back on like the main girls do, I think that they might try to get sponsored by one of the IS-related industries to pay for their education. I can definitely see it happening like that.

So when the girls destroy school property, their sponsors are the one who get the bill instead.
