Few things:

-That would be not considered incest as they are not blood related, they are not even same species to begin with. So it is ok.

-It was originally planned for F/SN to have Ilya route as well, but because Haven's Feel was too long they decided to cut it and go with three routes instead ( I already disliked that route, when I found this out I disliked it even more ).

Shouko was born into a family whose physical make-up was tampered with by a man who wanted to become the greatest magus. He was convinced to do so required a great natural store of prana. So he made it that his bloodline would spawn descendants whose normal body cells/tissue could also double as highly potent magic circuits. He would try to reincarnate into his descendants but is stopped before his plans come to fruition.

Preferred strategy: she attacks enemy magi on her own time. She doess not prioritize studying them or their tactics. She merely cares to know enough to choose her time and place of attack. She is not below a surprise attack nor does she discriminate her attacks to avoid civilian casualties. Once she chooses a time and place, she will go all out to eliminate her target.

All the better for her as she doesn't have to go after them. Though it puts her in disadvantage, she can only rely on her servant to save her from the initial surprise attack of her assailants.

Doesn't take long. She can't hide the massive mana she naturally exudes. All the servants would immediately the massive torrent of prana.

none really. She's useless in any other combat situation than as a mage. Shirou could kill her in a heartbeat if he wanted. If she came face to face with Kiritsugu then it'd be worse.

I haven't decided on her magic form yet but it's not something she likes to use or spam. Her spells will most likely be on the level of calamities because she can't use magic for prolonged periods of time due to the pain.

If it came down to raw spellcasting duel?

She can most likely beat Rin and Caster. Not necessarily at the same time.

Hmm... Then it would be a major disavantage if she must faced many opponent at once.

Oh, and why don't you pair Morgana le Fay with her? They have something quite similar to each other: Magic, Deceiving and Inner-Marriage.

But Shouko is a straightforward girl. She is brutal, but she does not lie nor does she make use of specially sneaky tricks. deceiving is probably outside of their commonality.

I don't think archer and shirou relation can be used here. Morgan le fey is a past and different person from Shouko.

Shouko could be the reincarnation of Morgan le Fey. That way the Archer and Shirou parallel could still work.

Pss... Then I have no suggestion. Also, if her cells accelerate so fast, then would it make her Neuron go rotten faster, and soon her mind would messed up?

It's not that her cells age faster, she just dies young. Her clan was forced to adopt early marriage practices and give birth at the earliest age possible, even if it meant endangering the mother.

I suppose it could be... but again there are stark differences between the two. I'll take the reincarnation thing under consideration. But for now any other candidates?

Well, Ilya looks like a child and is Shirou's sister, so most people find the idea of a sexual relationship involving them somewhat odd. But, there do exist stories that are based around (or will involve) that pairing, Mosco's Chaos Theory for example.

And, yeah, they are the "same species". Iri was able to conceive a child with Kiritsugu, so they are clearly capable of interbreeding and, therefore, they are the same species.
