honestly this chapter felt pushed/rushed... though it did kind of needed to be done with it was like 2 page chat-> pactio -> next day repeat.

Compared to the events leading into of all the other ones it felt lacking.

Speaking about Magia Erebea is it just me that thinks the situation that seems to be forming up inside Mahora Academy with the World Tree starting to act up, and in the worst case it could blow up, taking the Academy with it is the perfect stage for Negi to use his Magia Erebea's absorption technique .

Well I doubt Negi would be able to take all of the World Tree's energies, I think that he could be able to reduce the amount of magical energy contained inside the tree, which would reduce the risk of the Mahora Academy being blown up.

Another thing that I wanted to mention is that I found some spoiler's about chapter 290 already, while I'm not sure how accurate they are, it might make some people around here a little less ... impatient so here you go:

Spoiler for Chapter 290:

-- the first half of the chapter is about the 3 previous and the new Akira pactio, Akira apparently is an angel in her card.
-- then there is a dialogue between Takahata and Godel
-- the last two pages is Fate vs. Tsukiyome, no reason was giving.

While I haven't found anything regarding Negi's Magia Erebea training, at least the plot seems to move a little foreword compared to the current chapter.

In the case of Ako, I kinda agree that her Pactio could have been done better (as in having it take place around the time she found out that "Nagi" is really Negi with a growth pill rather than in the last chapter).

I liked how negi said you were great to makie at the end. xD that had me laughing. I kind of liked makies pactio creation more than the other ones, like Nodoka hers was romantic and heart striking in a sense :P plus the nnn~ was funny after lol

Yuuna picking up Negi during the kiss was a nice feature. So totally fits her character.

Shame Ako's felt pretty rushed, though it was still nice. Makie's few pages were the best, with her dialogue saying that the current Negi is the one she likes.

Perhaps Tsukuyomi and Fate had an ideological dispute of some kind? Or perhaps the former was simply too psychotic for Fate, if Fate is ultimately a well-intentioned extremist, it would be kinda problematic to have someone like her around for too long.

I have a feeling Tsukuyomi is manipulating Fate a bit.

So you said that Akira's pactio is an angel type? I don't know for I haven't heard anything about it. But that would be...interesting. Hmm, you know one thing about Akira have always bugged me for a long time now. You know the chapter 166 as a special chapter on Akira by her actions only, no words there. At nearly end of the chapter, Akira proved to be...let's say scary when it come down to make her mad...she just went "Super-Akira" there. She catch up with Misora, even when Misora is using her pactio...and toss few girls into the bath. I noticed that Mana, Kaede and Ku Fei was kind of surprised at Akira's "behavior".

I don't know if anyone have discussion about this before...Just share a part of my thoughts.
