I don't hate him, I wish people would stop saying that. I just find him boring.

Wasn't that just his mindset as a minus though? Not actually his aura?
Still there though, probably isn't that easy to remove it.

Neh you have a pretty big dislike for him the considering how you did'nt want us talking about his harem that was blatantly implied last chapter. If you didn't care that wouldn't really bother you.

Yea, his 'always lose' mechanic was still there, if that's what you guys were talking about. Emphasized in his battle with Munakata and the Bloody Seven game, though I never thought his aura was what caused that. His entire existance did.

Also, yes, Kumagawa seemed to actually be much more helpful of Zenkichi then neutral. Heck, his advice helped Zenkichi a ton(well, helped him in the way that his advice would cause something Zeenkichi didn't want, which in turn caused Zenkichi to think harder on the matter), and Zenkichi even thanked him that because of the NAA, he could fight Medaka properly.

That's what I thought as well.

Wow, Kumagawa really doesn't carry grudges very well, given Zenkichi was trying to get him kicked off the council in the previous arc.

Yeah I don't think Kumagawa did that entirely of his own heart, and I think the thanks was supposed to be kinda ironic. I think he wanted Zen to win but he didn't do it for Zen, hence the excessive insults and a kick. I mean in the end Zen didn't even confess to her after he won which was really his side of the whole thing, neither did he do it beforehand.

I guess he was fine when Zenkichi apologized to him. I mean, yea, ups and downs strangely enough Kumagawa does consider him a friend.

And helped him through his desire(albeit in an extremely twisted way...God I love that minus bastard).

Or he was just trolling the NAA and the rest. Who knows.

He is a defender of the weak, and in comparison to Medaka... Of course, since he is a minus, he does it in a cruel, and painful way.

Yeah I'm not too sure about that, he tends to enjoy insulting him far too much for and when did kick him in the face. They probably have a grudging respect for one another (though Kumagawa denies it but I wouldn't exactly consider them friends.

Zen seems far more forgiving of his other friends than Kumagawa.

Neh he's actually pretty nice to anyones that's not Zen which is why I consider it bit strange to consider them friends. Hell he even thought to the deah with Zenkichi's confirmed friends (though that ws entirely Munkata's fault).

Well, yea. Zenkichi came to the conclusion that confessing would be bad. Kumagawa's advice was wrong and a bad advice...but it still helped Zenkichi, if it makes any sense.

Zenkichi and Kumagawa are Vitriolic Buds, that's the only reasonable explanation.

Well, yea. Vitriolic friends fits. I would consider them friends, I believe Zenkichi did say somewhere that deep down he liked Kumagawa now, and he was acting pretty friendly to me when they met at Tachirai's office.

At least that's what I think.

Honestly, Kumagawa and Zenkichi should try fighting side by side at some point, they'd spend as much time kicking ass, as they would throwing insults at each other.

Fuck that guys, Zen and Kumagawa are rivals. Sure they have "grudging respect" for each other, but I wouldn't call them friends, lol. I also wouldn't have it any other way.

Zenkichi probably does consider them friends in a way, but then Kumagawa started deeply insulted him until it reached a kick. That just seems far too malcious for the usual vitrolic buds I mean usually in that sort of thing would be comedic fighting but that was just one sided insults followed by a kick. I just seems more like something you'd do to someone you honstely didn't like. Also the term helluva bastard meant honestly seems a bit fair.

Without that scene I'd probably be fine considering them that but something about it seems to rub me the wrong way about their "friendship".
