You'll get the hang of it eventually. If you have any questions that you can't figure out, don't be afraid to ask a more experienced member. I as well as many others here love helping when the chance arises.

Welcome to AS. It would have been better to ask this question elsewhere on the forum, specifically here. However, since you are new, I'll help you out.

I believe the character 'Rita Mugenjo' is a fan-made character but the deviantArt user Chelseam2 (follow the link to her dA page). Therefore, she doesn't appear in any anime series.
