I've just checked, SS2 was before the Level Upper arc, but I was wrong in that Mikoto had her first meeting with Touma just a month ago from there, but of course that meeting wouldn't have changed anything significant in her personality.

Unless the cover is released proving this then it may just be a troll. The only way I will believe this is if he has a picture of the cover. However, if the person was right when the cover comes out then I want to know how he found out.
