It's just that some stuff is slow'n heavy and the patch tries to correct it

So err...Why is Battler crying because of that? Would something bad *supposed* to happened with Beatrice if she did that ?

Well, apparently the only way to defeat Beatrice is to prove the murders can be done by a human, and her saying witches don't exist is basically Beatrice denying her own existance, and so denying that a witch was involved in the muders.

Ive got an idea about something...

Lets come again with higurashi... if ryukishi07 is making things taking note about what happened in higurashi:

-In onikakushi satoshi had a brief introduction... BRIEF instroduction and was thoroughly talked about in tatatigoroshi...

In umineko the winchester gun had an important role in ep1 ( like satoshi´s bat and himself in onikakushi) and also appeared in TIPS, so it has something of important...

The gun was seen again in ep3 and was revealed that there were more... and they were useful/crucial/used/XXXX in the killings... so satoshi is like the gun... i dont know what kind of conclusion you/i can get with it but.... GENJI DID IT :

Yeah, I remember that, but in her execute character screen doesn't it say something about only being able to be killed by proving her killings through human means?
Either way, I at least took that scene as Beatrice essentially denying a witch could be apart of the murders. My kanji skills aren't all that great though xD;

Another thing I thought of that is somewhat related to this while I was playing Onikakushi-hen, In Onikakushi, the game makes a lot of freshaodwing about how Keicchi might be insane/everything is a delusion, how he's sick and how his thinking is clouded throughout the story, all of which eventually turns out to be true.

Is there anything like this in Ep 1?

Maria has the magical arrays that always appear at the crime scenes in her notebook, so probably the culprit readed it.... ive got an incredible idea about ep1, in ep2 and 3 it is more complex so i will avoid it:

-Shannon went to the beach and learned of marias arrays from her notebook... she told it unkwowingly to the culprit who thought that it would be great to use them to revive beatrice-sama, if maria is her disciple "beatrice" would have written them so the culprit use them... then he/she killed shannon because she would knew who was... and let maria alive till the end because she is beatrice´s sama disciple

I 'v only read the two first novels but....after reading all the topic I have some ideas

Well maybe ,as many suggested , we might face two groups of "culprits".
I mean maybe someone whants the money and gathered some people to get it by murdering the others. This is the most simple idea that would come to mind when you think about the reasons of the murders and how it could have been done ; one person can hardly fake his death alone ( and maybe nanjo helps..) and moreover kill so many people in one night , do gore things , and place them.
For the reason ; if someone who would not inherit a part of the money he could get the money that way. Of Course one on Kinzo's children can get all the money by that way.......BUT thoses who knows where the gold is are not all "suspect" ; i heard that Natsuhi nows about the gold localisation , but if we concider her will to protect the children in ep 1 then i do not think that she would be one of thouses who would kill people to get the gold.

That is why I think that ithere is a big relativity arround here ; if there are ..lets us say 2 groups who whants the gold , it would explain maria's death in ep 3 ; maria is one of the murder's dynamic ; she shows the letters from beatrice and make the other going crazy ..so why would the murder kill maria? (ok maybe because she did not whanted her momy to get killed , but this did not bothered her in ep1....or maybe she remembers how rosa protected her from the demons last time). Well this is one exemple of why I think there might be at least two groups of organized people who fight each other during the game .
But I think that the end of Ep3 is really strange in front of my bancal theory ; I should the murder let eva alive if he is still alive? So...maybe he is dead...or could it be that his goal was not the gold?

When a magic occurence is told by the game i think we "see " it trough the metha world vision to hide what happenend in the true world ( i do not think that the ushiomiya family has magical powers like beatrice does ).
So what could we lurn from this? Well the ones who are called beatrice do have parteners ( represented by the sevens stakes...wich could mean that he or she has seven parteners.... , shanon and kannon are some kind of boddygards( because they protected their lover against the murderer).

If i'm telling this it is because we do not know if the "real" culprit who makes the game going crazy every time really wants the money maybe it's just a trick. I do not think that it is linked to the real beatrice death in episode 3 because , i do not see who could really care. Moreover we know that after all some murders might be done by scared people who think that they know who the culprit is ( natsuhi in episode one was pretty scary....)
