Well I guess as long as Adachi makes his way back to the prison before things are over it will be fine. Would still technically be following on his agreeing to follow the rules of the real world. Those rules probably including not escaping from prison .

Probably could escape just fine long as he realizes he can use his persona during the dark hour.
