Well mine's purely speculation, but as you can see I've worked out a structure and rough scripture of the whole place to create Kha, his Trinity and the Church's place in the world as a whole. In fact, this Velka Rising plot was set to take place now, but due to StrikerS has been delayed to a "wait-and-see" status.

Note that many ideas in it has been borrowed from other places, including Terran religion. Currently:

Saint Church, and the New Velka Testament, was born after the collapse of the old Holy Velka Imperiallon. From the turmoil that forced the scattered national powers throughout known space to gel together in order to survive, several Old Velka refugees who were political heavyweights on MC came together, proposed and created the Velka Self Administrated Region (SAR). At the same time, debates amongst Velka theological scholars were rife as the disappearance of the God Empress Who Name Shall Not Be Used In Vain had turned the Old Velka religion on its head. The end-result was a massive canonisation of scripture from those that could be salvaged from the Infinite Library, since the Imperium Vault had been razed, which instead of believing the God Empress to be the Light, depicted her as being an eternal Messiah who had come to guide the Velka towards their destiny, and ascended to become part of the Light once her mission was accomplished. This was further reinforced by an old prayer practiced by early clergy: "In the name of the Light, the Empress, and the Spirit of Danaan." This prayer combined the early Velka beliefs about the Light being the universal guiding force of Good in the multiverse, about every Velka having descended from the goddess Danaan who features heavily in MC mythology, with the more recent and ingrained reverrence of the God Empress of the Holy Velka Imperiallon.

Of course this created a split within the Church once again, between those who believed that the God Empress lives, and those who believe she ascended. The transdimensional villian Skane appealed to the former, and built a massive force from a corruption of that premise. These Old Velka Radicals hold their grounds in Yellow Zones, a ring of war-torn and conflicted problem states where even the GDI has a problem in enforcing martial law, far away from the protected central Blue Zone, and hence it is seldom a concern for the citizens in MC.

Note that there's an overlap of TSAB and GDI control in the Yellow Zone, as such Inner Space is actually the Blue Zone ringed by a region of better-settled Yellow Zones jointly controlled by GDI and TSAB.

Over time, the Velka SAR developed like a non-turbulent Israel. It grew alongside MC, watched the formation of the TSAB and the Tripartite of the TSAB, GDI and Secretariat, and by StrikerS the Church was well over a century old, with branches on most of the planets in TSAB-controlled Inner Space (not Inner Sphere please

).

Latest developments:

the Church, which also runs the Velka SAR, has begun gradual militarization of the small state, starting with Carim's brainchild, the "Trinity" system of New Velka Knights. Plans are underway to rebuild two of the pillars of Old Velka, the Saint Alexei Convent and the "Light of Velka", with Sophia and Kha designated to spearhead these projects. The young but shrewd politician Carim is currently involved with pushing the Secretariat for authorisation for the creation of the SAR's own defence force, the Regional Guard, citing the Terran Holy State Vatican City as an example. And Ordered Space watches on as the Cardinals are discussing appointing for the first time ever a pope, with Carim seeded to be the New Velka's First Pope.

It is an exciting time to be a Velka now.

What a big fanfic it turned into. This essentially is the background that Kha and his Trinity comes from. Once fired, the Ion Canon will definitely tear this and all of my speculation, plus all my posts to pieces...

Around myself I saw rubble, yet my location overlays indicated that I was standing in the middle of Shibuya. I didn't have much to think about as a an armored man armed with taiko sticks fired fireballs at me. Drawing Kusanagi and Murakumo, I batted them aside and turned to see my foe... Mabiko: Masked...Battler!?! ???: So you've seemed to have trained a bit...try this on for size, Makamou! Another round of fireballs exploded as Mabiko rolled to the side. Mabiko: Stop this! I don't want to fight with a Masked Battler! ???: Masked Battler? What's that? Mabiko: I lived with many people who had armor similar to yours. ???: Sorry, I don't know any Masked Battler. there is only Kamen Rider! Mabiko: Just before the Kamen Rider was about to sling another round of fireballs at me... *CLOCK UP* A red blur rushed into the battlefield and grabbed Mabiko in a blink of an eye. ???: Areh? ...Wasn't that Kabuto? ...Odd, why would he help a makamou? Come on... With a quick heave, Souji put Mabiko on his shoulders and walked out of the alleyway. Mabiko: The world I arrived in was a world similar to my home world, infested with threats of all kinds and the populance defended by Masked Battlers, or Kamen Riders as they were called here. For each threat, a different team of riders were formed. However, the ones I knew personally were the BOARD team, the Takeshi team, the ZECT team, the Anti-orphenoch team in addition the up and coming Den-O team. I was settled in with Nogami Ryotarou of the Den-O team and elder sister Nogami Airi. Poor Ryotarou seemed to be one of those people with Murphy's working in full swing. If he ever gets in trouble, expect at least 3 other problems to appear as well. Airi-san is the owner of the coffee shop they run and live in the upper quarters of. True to Tendou's words, Arata Kagami freaked out when he initially saw me. It took some time for him to get used to me after Tendou dropped a huge cap on my head in addition to a long sleeve jacket to wrap around my waist. To any normal person, I was a stylish sweet tomboy who liked the older brothers she hung out with. To those who knew me, I was the child with the darkest secrets known for her age. I kept my past travels hidden, only mumbling occasionally about how similar life was to living with the battlers. Tendou knew not to pry and in return, I didn't pry into his mind. However, Kagami and Ryotarou's partner Hana were suspicious of my motives and grilled me every chance they got. Thankfully, Airi-san's overbearing care saved my bacon, saying the two of them were bullying me. Spending time with Ryotarou was almost a comedy as the imajin control shifted back and forth. Days went by as I celebrated my 11th birthday with them. It was nothing grand, but for once I felt the weight of the worlds lifted off my shoulders and that I could just have fun without a care in the world once more. A few days after, however... Mabiko was walking in the park when a flying white object picked her off the ground. Looking above her, Mabiko quickly ruled out the various enemy types and narrowed it down to Imajin. Owl Imajin: By order of my contractor, this park shall be devoid of people! Mabiko: That's what you think, Imajin. Den-O will be here soon. Owl Imajin: So we have a smart mouth here, eh? Let's see how you speak after you kiss concrete! The Imajin let go of Mabiko as she began to plummet towards the earth. Mabiko merely took the dive calmly as Eisenfach relayed its standby message. In a mid-air somersault, Mabiko freed her ears and tail, letting the articles of clothing flutter into the air in their own way down as she activated Eisenfach. Mabiko: Eisenfach...Tenkai! Eisenfach: Command Acknowledged! A sphere of white surrounded Mabiko as she impacted the ground...However, what stood up was a Mabiko in a black jumpsuit with Silver linings and armor plates. Instead of a full facemask, A wrap around visor was fastened to Mabiko's head. Owl: You...that form! You're Den-O?! Mabiko: I'm not Den-O...but in his place I will defeat you. I am the one who forges the path of heaven, Ama no Kitsune! Owl: A brat like you? Don't make me laugh! I'll crush you and complete the contract! As the Imajin went for a dive bomb at Mabiko, she willed the Nova Charger into her hand and inputted the code 52801 and slotted it into her belt. Purple lines began to trace from her belt as armaments began attaching to her armor. Raising her right arm into the sky, a single rifle bullet shot shot out and impacted the Owl Imajin dead on, forcing him to swerve away. Owl: Damned brat! Try this on! Just as the Imajin was about to dive into another attack run, a volley of energy fire cut off the approach and forced him aside as Ryotarou arrived on his bike in Gun Form. Holstering the gun temporarily, He plopped Mabiko's cap back on her head while drapping the jacket over her shoulders in a single motion, having picked them up on the way to the park. R Ryotarou: I'll take it from here, chibi-chan. Nee-san has some juice waiting for you when we get back. Mabiko deactivated Eisenfach for now and retied the jacket at her waist as she watched Ryotarou take on the Imajin. Mabiko: That day, I fought with the revelation that I could rely on my friends and teammates.
