Some stuff up in NoN, Volume 4. Me Japanese ain't so good yet, but here's what I got:

* Nunnally engages Suzaku in Lancelot, Alice in one of the GX-01 knightmares and the Cardinal in his Vincent Prototype. Nana's Mark Nemo is destroyed due to Alice's aggressive use of the Speed Geass (Most likely after she thought Nana was killed and all. Will look again), allowing her to damage it significantly as she was the one who damaged it the most. Previously, Suzaku gets angered Lelouch aka Zero mocks him.

* Alice demanded to Madd and Sancia why Nunnally is detained after initial shock of realizing Nana is the Mark Nemo's pilot. Cardinal appears and zips behind Alice. Pulls out a pistol and fires at her, but Alice doesn't die. She gets cuffed up.

* Cardinal visits Nana, mentions his name I guess as Rolo vi Britannia.

* Lulu sees Suzaku in Area 11 government office. Suzaku has the katana's blade on his throat with a pistol aimed at his head. Lulu's so damn cool that he can talk without being pressured.

* Operation Nana Rescue!. Zero leads the way while Suzaku provides backup in the Lancelot. Euphie and Lloyd are just doing the usual bystander role.
Anya intercepts them in Tristan, which is somehow operated like the way Nana uses Mark Nemo. During the fight, the ceiling of the unknown facility collapses. Their hideout is located underneath the Area 11 government complex. Before the fight, Alice is visited by Nemo, who uses the body of a young girl to communicate with girl. And yes.....she gets a GEASS! She also uses the same KMF as Nana.

* Alice examines Nana to see that her body isn't doing well, most likely from Nemo's geass.

* Cornelia, Euphie, Suzaku and Guilford are summoned by the Cardinal. The two girls began to make inquiries to him while Anya talks to them about Zero. Suzaku wants to kill the Cardinal, but after the Cardinal's cult bodyguards pull out MP5Ks from their cloaks (I swear that they're so damn intimidating in the manga).

* Schneizel confronts Charles. However, he gets the same treatment as well. Except that the MP5Ks are aimed for his head. Charles surprisingly has a cult-linked elite guard dressed like the Cardinal's bodyguards, except that they've got weird facemasks and armor that has the insignia as the one used by the BKs in the anime. They're the KoRs.

Wow. thank you for sharing. Your understanding in Japanese is already way better than me. Just one tiny error that I believe the cardinal is the younger twin not the older one as he referred Lelouch as his "Ani" (another form to refer to an older brother) and "Niisan" when he was speaking to Nunnally. Other than that, thank to you, I know what is really going on. Looks like I better take some time to sit down and really try to decipher the manga

Huh. In the Ch. 8 of the LotR manga, Kallen is completely in on the plan to denonate the JLF. And she did not show any remorse or disgruntlement with it. More interestingly, Lelouch doesn't seem to have done it for a reason. All he did was chisel away at the Britannian army. However, he made it very obvious that he was the one that killed them.

It seems he's commiting terrorism in a very base form, simply slaughtering lives. This seems a stark contrast to his attempts to build an organization and actions targetted at getting to Cornelia in the anime.

I would imagine, if not to attack Cornelia, he at least gets Tohdoh and co to join him later.

Am I the only one who thinks that Euphe was awesome (however mildly) in the LotR manga? Her being Governor at this point of the storyline seems a lot better than appointing Cornelia in the anime.

Should I read Code Geass - Lelouch of the Rebellion even tho I saw the anime? When does Code Geass - Nightmare of Nunnally take place? Im lil confused...lol if anyone could help me out I would appreciate it.
