I can already imagine:

Keima returns to the present and is walking to school with Elsie. Suddenly a beautiful girl shows up and hugs him in front of everyone in school, goddess hosts included. Keima is totally flustered and some of the goddess hosts complain and RAGE only to have the teenage Urara say.
Urara: "I don't know who you girls are...but Keima-chan and I have gone further than lovers!"
