Hope this is the right thread for my questions:
I've never played the game and want to avoid most spoilers.
-is there a true ending like with Clannad: TomoyaxNagisa?
-there a many male characters, so are there going to be more couples or is everything concerning romance centered around the main male lead?

Actually, we won't be able to know if they will go with the true ending until around 1 or 2 episodes before the final episode of Refrain (can be compared to After Story of Clannad in a few ways)

No. Baseball will be a secondary plot thing. In fact, it's one of the big random activities they do. Most of the baseball arc is essentially the common route; baseball will shift almost completely out of focus after the character routes kick in.

We don't know yet, it depends on how the adaptation is going to go, we're probably looking at at least another few introduction type / common route episodes though.

My Soul, Your Beats (Lia) is not the same as Little Busters (Rita).
The two titles have the same core staff, but are not related.

To be more specific, the main writer for Key and Angel Beats was Maeda Jun. Who also work as their composer and lyricist.

He took a break from writing after finishing LB (I think he mentioned that he spent all his imagination and energy writing it), though we know he worked on Angel Beats eventually.

The whole game debate ventured far too much into spoiler territory and wasn't even answering a question anymore. It was just game fans quibbling over end-game details. Not appropriate for this thread.

In the game, there was. It's up to the animators if they include it in the anime.

Also, to VN readers, I know some people have opinions about the game's handling of the romance, but please express opinions in the appropriate game thread, not here.

I do have a question in regards to romance to VN'ers:

Based on what was seen so far, is the adaptation going to take the standard 'fusing every heroine's route to one main route divided into arcs with MC's true love interest in the end'?

Edit: (Since I'm sure every heroine had separate routes where each one was the main love interest)

If you're talking about the Clannad way where there's one linear route with all the character routes merged in it, no. Otherwise, in a way, yes. I'm pretty positive that all the character routes will be adapted.
