lol. I'm...guessing? that the mahou shoujo with the 'Pudding Knife' is just the 11 eyes, who has transformed into the character from the anime they were watching. Sounds like an awesome anime btw; the main characters attack seemed to be basically 'random property damage'.

Wow, Yuki really is GAR. She's frickin' awesome.

I loved the energy of this chapter, from Shimaki's outrageous smugness as he sat atop his six-eyed golem to Yuuhi and Mikazuki's nonchalant excitement at the prospect of being heroes. Great chapter.

But let's discuss his Mythical Beast enhancement. Domain control improvement is for sure, so I think Akane will be able to use a spear like he tried this chapter, though it might not be as powerful. More importantly, what about his time reversal? Could it perhaps go back further, or might he be able to weather down the golem....

Maybe he can reverse the 11th's transformations to keep it from imitating something that's too dangerous.

Skipping out on the spoiler tags this time. Go read the chapter before reading any further!

So many laughs/awesome moments this chapter. Anima is loev. Shimaki is really interesting, I'd forgotten about the earlier hints about him having something special going on. The assassination attempt in the dream world, the connection with Akane...who is he really? So mysterious!

Yuki x Akane is a good idea, man! You chase her, guy! lol, y'know you can't let go of awesome like that.

Maimekterion's twisted speaking as a blended blob on the ground--right now, everything about this series is screaming at me 'Anime!Anime!Anime!'. I can only imagine the awesome...if you're out there, God, oh please?

Anyway, Yuuhi's shovel scene at the end was gold...lol, the 'intellectual' type indeed. That happy penchant for insanity has made him about 5 times more awesome to me (sure, I didn't dislike him before...but to be honest, he was getting kinda average). As for the cliffhanger...this could go good or bad. I dunno. Yuuhi really has been growing lately, but his destructive commitment to Sami was part of what I originally liked about him. Let out his grief and move on like an adult? Turn it into rage and move back onto the path of destruction? I dunno which I'd prefer.

Oh, and finally: Hraesvelgr is an awesome word.

Interesting how the story has shifted from Yuuhi and Amamiya to the rest of the knights by now.

So that's how Yuuhi trained, and it has double benefit: strengthening and trap-setting, lol. The way he looks so happy digging is quite funny.

Just want to mention this here. According to the Drama CD, Hoshi no Samidare is a story about Yuuhi meeting Samidare and as such you should expect quite a bit of focus on them in the next few chapters. Also, it gets much, much better from this chapter onwards.

Join Date: Jan 2008	Spoiler for 60: XD I really lost hopes when Samidare and Yuuhi said they really mean it when they said they'd crush the earth, nice twist though, as Yuuhi now stands in Samidare's way to stop her little can I see Yuuhi to actually beat Samidare, or he still have some new secret techniques hid maybe? 60 chapters and it's nearly its end .... we need more....

Heh, the last second heel-face-turn was a tiny bit disappointing, but I'm still pleased at how far they kept him in the "villain protagonist" role. Made me want to laugh triumphantly, in that megalomaniacal Evil Overlord way. It'll be fun seeing how he faces off against Samidare. And if she wins and goes through with it...hoo boy, will I be laughing. That would be crazy unexpected, though I can still see a possible way to pull off a "Happy End" even if that occurs. Still, world destruction would be Awesome End. Now, time for me to dig through my kanji dictionary so I can find out what precisely they're saying in this chapter.

Sol Falling Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2007 Age: 35	47 is out. Go read it. Spoiler for 47: Whoa, Furesburg! And here I'd been thinking generically "maybe Mikazuki?". I echo the scanlator's enthusiasm for Playboy!Anima, lol. 'Service' indeed . 3 Divine bodies--obvious parallels to the three mystical beast knights. I guess we'll be seeing the 12th soon. Yuuhi managing to actually make use of his trapholes was pretty epic lol. Nice one, 'hero'. I'm kinda curious about Hakudou's hinted inclination to overextend herself. She seemed to be really pushing it chapter--kinda makes me feel like something bad is gonna happen. Magical Mary didn't stay long this chapter, but I gotta say she's awesome. It's like twice the moe of one princess. Epic matchup--after Maimekterion gets killed, you think the princess might take up cosplay eventually? lol, also: when Animus was perving at his transformation golem, what do you guys think he was referring to--her skirt, or her panties ;P ? Anyway, pretty epic chapter, this. Akane's still got some issues. I found Anima's line "This baby could see the golem. Remember this: his first sight of a man fighting, was...you." to be pretty meaningful. Can't wait for more.

Cause, I don't see him being able to fight off the rest of the team when Samidare starts her plan. Oh, I finally grown to like Akane. All that focus on him for the past few chapters aren't a waste anymore now that the war is even more unpredictable now. I'm rooting for him to do something very impressive soon. I can't make any good guesses on his upgrade but I can think of something like a hp/sp full restore thing or a group heal. I hope it's not another spear shaped domain control.
