she's the only ace the OOBK has
the britannians have several
hence she'd be better
its all there in the manual (mecha anime rule . a single ace pilot (teenaged)when out numbered by several enemy ace pilots with more experiance then them would always win)
if all 12 KOR attack her all at once she'll kick their asses witout breaking a sweat
its only when faced with single combat that she might be beaten

Srsly though, in terms of fighting, Kallen is the best pilot for me. She has proven herself a lot of times and against opponents that had a hell of a better equipment and stuff.

But she is usually beaten back in one on one combat (usually Suzaku but Xingke recently.) Not all the KoR have to deal with her. Just one or two really.

Do you really think she stands a chance agianst 12 Suzaku's?

Also there are Aces and there are Super Aces. Kallen, Xinge Ke and the KORs all fall in the latter category, therefore that rule won't apply.

Todou, Cornelia and Guilford all fall into the former.

Bismarck was the name of several other warships, the German navy has never been very fancy with the names of its ships. I can't agree on your opinion of the empire's formation by the use of warfare and calling Bismarck a warmonger, but I'm really not in the mood to discuss German history. It's not my favourite topic .

But if you want some weird "facts" about the Kallen/Bismarck-thing: Stadtfeld = cityfield, Waldstein = foreststone. city/forest and field/stone are some really contrary words. When building a city, uprooting is needed. Farming in a rocky area is difficult. If you want to, you can construct something on that... "thy wish was father, Harry, to that thought" .

Trust me I've watch enough mecha anime to know that not one character can take down an elite force of pilots in one swoop (except for maybe Jesus Yamato) so really don't get how Kallen can take down all the KoR just because of one deus exmachina moment which saved her ass from dying in one strike from the Lancelot Conquesta

You do not have to have skill level X to be a KOR. The only qualification needed is to be 1 of the top 12 pilots in the empire. If 1 member dies then the 13 best would move on up.

Anya and Gino were only caught off guard by the Guren Flight Capable Type's first appearance. They'll be ready for her next time, especially since Lloyd has it and is probably all too willing to distribute info...to Anya, at least, upon her asking, since she's interested in the Guren.

Asuka from NGE was able to take down a few Eva mass series actually. XD

But that is different, of course Kallen would have a REAL problem taking down more than one of KOR but you never know, what the circumstances of the battle will be and stuff. Though yes, it's more rational if the outcome will be bad for her.

Probably, yes, so we won't see Kallen taking on more thna one KoR at a time, probably.. Though, assuming that she reunites with the OotBK, I think we'll see both Anya and Gino wanting to settle the score with her.
