Sorry if I posted in wrong section, *Tech Support* seemed more suitable for this than General Chat... But that's just me.
In any case...

Whenever I click IRC zones or sites or whatever they are called, I see the address of the IRC in my address bar, but the page doesn't open for me. Is it because I'm in region 1?

Euhm it may sound stupid but do you have Mirc installed?

That explains it for me.
So if I download the client, it should work eh..

You need an IRC client (like mIrc) to open irc:// addresses.
