No, Issei will buy clothes for Rossweisse, I believe she will manage his money after this Vol. Can't let your lovers buy everything herself, that's not Issei's style.

It would be interesting if Rossweisse really manage Ise's money currently the one managing Ise's money is Grayfia so it would be nice if Rossweisse has that role, Rias managing Ise's harem while Ravel manages Ise's schedule as a celebrity.

Not really. Even though Ravel is Issei's manager who handles his daily life and schedule, the one who has been handling his money is Grayfia. Rose would just be taking over for Grayfia as Issei's accountant.

I'm not saying that would be a bad thing but I don't think Grayfia would just say here is Ise's money without consulting Ise. We will just have to see how the relationship grows in relationship to the other girls. But it should be fun watching. Just seeing what we have so far this Volume has so many things I wanted to see.

The spoilers failed to mention one of the hardest thing to speculate in Volume 17.
Who is Ross' granny that is supposed to be a famous magician? Is she a DxD original or from the myths?

Anyway her name is Göndul. Her name also appears in Norse Mythology. Rose told her that Ise's her boyfriend(Which made alot of kinda girl crazy).

So, Rose's grandma went about getting kings to fight each other to the death... Well, that's kinda scary. I wonder if this is foretelling something - maybe "Emperor" Belial vs. "Great King" Bael or "Harem King" Ise
