Ok, so you posted that a long time ago (2 months?) so forgive me for bringing it up again, but I like that desktop and just decided to try to search about where that Runa girl is from.. .And.. I haven't had much luck,, but... she has some additional characters alongside her in whatever she's from.. and.. it looks almost like it could be something like Noir..? They all have firearms..... lol.. here's the link:

So, it looks to me like it's just a fanart site or something... but... I dunno.. I didn't find anything on AnimeNfo.. and Anidb.net is down right now.. Couldn't find much else. So it may just be a set of characters that were created for misc art. Who knows...
