I just hope it isn't any of those drastic methods. One of my friends decided to live alone forever ever since his girlfriend attempted to try something to make him last longer.

My advice for Terumi is the same, the Start and stop method, and the Kegel Exercises. Then when it comes time for intercourse, do not just stick it in. To make sure your women if fully satisfied, at least 20 minutes of foreplay. During that foreplay, experiment and explore the female body, search for sensitive spots. It will come in handy big time.

It would also help that he would stop thinking so much, make it feel natural. Adjust your breathing, most sexual experts agree that most of finishing earlier is due to breathing.
