I don't know who drew that but its based on either probably Isayama's design notes from his blog or from the guidebook.

If you look at the other Titans, you would find a lot of them have disproportionate bodies, it's just one of their thing.

This is hard question, from current information but is it save to call them a mindless creature? All they do was zombie like action that chasing and killing/eating human. Till current episode (eps 4) we still don't see anything what they do when no human around.

Something almost nobody questioned yet is: what do they think? How do they see the world.
That may be a silly thought, but for me they are not cruel at all! Look at their faces: most of them look pretty stoned all the time, staring at humans in awe and fascination. Some seem to be in constant pain, etc. They don't look like someone who KNOWS what's going on around them.

If they all were once humans who turned into Titans, it's almost sure to assume they all are trapped in some fantasy made-up world that can be bad for ones, and good for others, preety much like they are under some "influence"
