If Inaho would be alive as well(or the creators intended to) and made us confused(pretty sure I will), we can blame it on the way the scene was presented to us on the last episode, imo.

Yeah. Third time's the charm, and since the charm failed to kill her, I'll just chalk up any possible death she will have in the future as a "Not believing it till the body's burned in front of me" case.

If she is alive, why is the war against earth still continued? I thought she will at least stop it, not holding a conference and give a speech to her martians. I guess either she lost her memories, and became malice or the war changed her core to rotten or she just can't do a shit as no one valued her opinions, so she just playing along with Martian or that little sinister Slaine just rewrote her memories and made her his with some kind of weird ancient powerful technology or magic.

In before Vers emperor has the power to rewrite memories.
