Spoiler for Ever17 Xbox 360 Tsugumi Part 41 (end-game spoilers):

-Everyone sits around, waiting. The time is 4:43 P.M. In the IBF sub room (which is a lot smaller than the original) Takeshi and Tsugumi are looking at the maps, having learned they're in Area 4. Takeshi wonders if the Cosmic Whale would fit into the pool, but both of them conclude it'd probably be impossible.
-The two of them make some chat. Tsugumi reveals the reason she came here was to destroy IBF, but now it's already deserted. She talks about Leiblich's various military research and experimentation.
(Tsugumi the Bloodedge?)
-She says IBF is just like the place she was held at. Tsugumi says now Coco has suffered at the hands of Leiblich, just like her, and she wants to save Coco, and she doesn't care if she loses the bet now. Takeshi thanks her.
-The topic switches to the researcher, and Takeshi wonders why he was still here. Tsugumi thinks he was probably Coco's father. Takeshi wonders how Coco got TB, and asks for Tsugumi's opinion. Tsugumi thinks it's from when she last came down here, and explains how she thinks the panic from the TB outbreak caused the LeMU incident (same explanation from the original).
-Takeshi realizes that's why no rescue team has come. Tsugumi says yes, to surpress TB, and Leiblich is behind it, and it explains the jamming Sora was receiving, along with why they couldn't contact the surface. Takeshi curses.
-They leave the sub room, and head towards the sickbay. Takeshi says when they return to the surface, they should leak the truth, whether it's on TV or the Internet. Tsugumi says that'll be difficult, since they're huge sponsor of the media. She says even though the pen is mightier than the sword, the sponsors are weak. That's why she's been fighting alone.
-Takeshi says he'll join in her fight, they'll do it together. Tsugumi is surprised, and blushes.

Takeshi: "You don't want to?"
Tsugumi: "I-I never said I didn't want to!"

Suddenly, Takeshi looks up at the ceiling, and says it feels hard to breathe. Tsugumi tells him he's got a nosebleed. Takeshi insists he's all right, he was just thinking dirty things. He tries to find a tissue, but then sneezes up blood (dyeing parts of the screen red). He starts bleeding heavier.
-Takeshi's view is flashing red. He tries to play it cool, but Tsugumi, concerned, tells him to hang in there. She shakes him, but he says that only makes him feel worse, but insists he's all right. Tsugumi yells "You're not all right at all!" They head back to the sickbay.
-At the sickbay, Kaburaki's also come down with TB. You tells them to look, then reacts in shock when she sees Takeshi's the same. He goes over to Kaburaki, who weakly says "Welcome back, Takeshi..." Takeshi merely replies with "Yo..."
-The scans confirm Kaburaki has TB. Takeshi thinks that they all knew someone else probably had gotten TB, but were too scared to scan the others. Tsugumi tells Takeshi to receive a scan as well. Takeshi tries refusing, but looks at Tsugumi's face, and sees she's on the verge of tears. Once he's scanned, You and Tsugumi are silent. Reluctantly, they tell him he also has TB.

Here's what I have so far for the chapter. There's a few bubbles of text missing but that's mainly because said bubbles have so much kanji without any furigana so I have to manually search them up. Essentially it covers everything up to the blackout.

Wonder if I should leave the names directly as is, since even though Sora and You call Takeshi by his last name, Tsugumi uses his first name for example. It's probably more distinctive that way anyway. There's also the choice to rearrange the name Western-style but that's less of a concern.

-Tsugumi says everyone's been infected with TB this whole time. Takeshi curses, and he and Kaburaki have trouble standing.

Kaburaki: "Well, this turned out badly, huh?"
Takeshi: "You can say that again..."

-Both have troubled smiles on their faces. You tells them to take the orange ampoule, and they'll have to get a shot.

Kaburaki: "A shot..."
Takeshi: "A shot..."
Kaburaki: "Not good, huh?"
Takeshi: "Not good."

-They look at each other and give troubled smiles again. They receive their shots from You, and thank her. Kaburaki goes to sleep. Takeshi asks about You, only for her to confirm she's still receiving treatment, so the pod can't open.
-Takeshi tells You she should also take a shot too to be safe. She tries to reject it, then she starts coughing. She keeps refusing to inject herself, saying she hates shots, and starts complaining (which she does rather childishly).
-Tsugumi tells Takeshi to hold You back while she injects her. Takeshi shouts "Roger!" and does so. When she about to get the injection, You shouts, "It hurts! I'll die! It hurts! It hurts!" in a childish voice, but when Tsugumi says she's done, she's surprised, not having actually noticed it, and is amazed it didn't hurt.
-You asks Tsugumi where she learned to do that, and Tsugumi pretty much says she learned from watching it so many times. You's also confirmed to have TB.
-They all wait as everyone is slowly dying. Kaburaki coughs, and Tsugumi recommends he go in a pod as well, but Kaburaki refuses, wanting to stay by Coco's side. Takeshi agrees, saying there's no time to put Kaburaki in a pod.
-Using the backup of Sora, You finds there's a line that's still active from IBF to Insel Null. She says while it's locked out, she occasionally gets noise from outside, so if she unlocks it, she can communicate with outside.
-Takeshi looks at the orange ampoules, and realize they have one left. The others all realize what that means, and look at Tsugumi. You realizes they haven't given Tsugumi a shot. Takeshi realizes Tsugumi's shown no symptoms of TB at all. Takeshi remembers Tsugumi telling him about her immortal body.
-You tells Tsugumi to get a scan. Tsugumi reluctantly agrees. The words that appear on the monitor are not "Tief Blau", but "Cure Virus-P-Carrier", and explains what it is. There's a small spoiler for Never7 in this version, so I won't say it.
-According to You, Cure has been heard about, but only as a urban legend. You is shocked. Tsugumi asks if she's scorning her or if she's afraid of her. You denies that, and asks why she would think that. Tsugumi answers it's because she's not suffering like the others, and for all they no, she could be laughing on the inside. "That's the horrible 'monster' that I am..."

Spoiler for Ever17 Xbox 360 Tsugumi Part 43 (end-game spoilers):

-This next part is word-for-word the same as the original. When he tells Tsugumi they might die anyway, You mentions that the researcher died even though he took two ampoules. Tsugumi's argument about not getting Cure also changes to "If you get it, you'll become monsters... you can never go back to being human!"
-Takeshi also adds to his counter-argument, "I want you to believe hope exists..." Takeshi smashes the ampoule, and Karma plays. It also cuts out the part where Tsugumi cries, and skips to them using the antibodies. When Tsugumi goes to get Chami, Kaburaki tells her to be careful. She thanks him.
-Takeshi regains consciousness. After looking around, he hears sounds coming from the monitor. He speaks to the rescue crew, who tell him they're headed for the Area 4 pool. Again, dialogue and descriptions here are identical to the original. The sub from the original is still there.
-Takeshi sets up the sub remote control program. He says all that's left is to bring Tsugumi there. Just then, a loud sound echoes, and LeMU's main hull starts flooding. Panicking, he heads back on the elevator to go get Tsugumi. "IBF Notfall" time!
-While on the elevator, Takeshi thinks about how it'll take 34 minutes to ascend, and 17 more to descend, so he has 51 minutes on the elevator alone, so he has almost no time to go looking for Tsugumi. He raises the elevator's speed so it goes faster.
-When he reaches the top, he opens the door immediately without talking to Sora. He almost gives up, but then screams at himself that he won't die, and gets up. He sees Sora, who is shocked. She says he should be bleeding all over from that, but he says, "Looks like... I'm still... alive..."
-Sora asks what he's doing there, and asks what happened. Takeshi tells her everyone's okay, but he needs to save Tsugumi. Sora informs him that the place is flooding due to part of the main shaft breaking off, and Tsugumi is stuck in the Infirmary.
-She tells him the door's unlocked, but it's flooded, and she can't reach there. He tells Sora he's going to save her, and she says "I know full well now that there's no stopping you when you're like this." and offers to help. She provides him a map, and Takeshi locks onto Tsugumi's life signal. Takeshi promises he'll be back.
-He runs through the hallways, swims up, and eventually reaches the Infirmary. Tsugumi is shocked to see him. When she asks why he's there, he says, "The heroine was in a life-or-death pinch, so the hero appeared." He then says, "Well, that's a bit corny, but sorry I'm late."
-She asks how he got there, and he points at the floor duct. He then says, "Our bet isn't over yet, is it? Before it does, I won't die in a place like this." Rest of the dialogue and actions are pretty much the same.

Spoiler for Ever17 Xbox 360 Tsugumi Part 44 (end-game spoilers):

-When they return, Sora expresses relief, but informs them the Maintenance Room is now flooded. Takeshi tells her not to worry, since help is coming at IBF, also relieving Sora. Takeshi thanks her as a comrade.
-When they get in the chamber, Sora says "Goodbye." Takeshi tells her not to say goodbye, but "see you later." They say that since companions will always see each other again even if they part. Sora then says "See you later" to Takeshi and Tsugumi. She then disappears.
-Takeshi and Tsugumi return to IBF. Takeshi mentions the rescue team, but by the time they enter the pod room, everyone's gone. They're contacted by the rescue team, and once again, Takeshi and Tsugumi must use the sub.
-Takeshi tells Tsugumi about the sub, then as he faints, Tsugumi starts saying his name (notable because this is the first time she's called him by name in this version.). Just before he passes out, he feels Tsugumi catch him.
-End Day 6.

Spoiler for Ever17 Xbox 360 Tsugumi Part 45 (end-game spoilers):

-Day 7.
-Takeshi awakens to the sight of Tsugumi. When she asks him how he's feeling, he says he feels kinda good. Tsugumi cries in relief. Takeshi sits up, and Tsugumi wonders how the others are doing.
-Tsugumi reveals they're not connecting to the rescue team, and the sub will take 51 minutes to reach them. Takeshi says they should just relax until it arrives. Takeshi feels hungry, and realizes he hasn't eaten in ages.
-Takeshi stares at Tsugumi's faced, and she gets all red and embarrassed, asking what is it. He says he's kinda hungry, and there's a great smell coming from Tsugumi. She just goes "Huh?" and he asks if she's hiding some food, and reaches for her hand. She asks if he plans on eating Chami. Then the rest of the conversation plays out the same as the original.
-When he says Tsugumi's what smells so good, we get a new CG. It's of Tsugumi looking at Takeshi from above, like the original, but at a different angle, and she's blushing and smiling at the same time.

Takeshi: "Aah, what a great smell..."
Tsugumi: "Geez... you are just..."
Tsugumi then places her hand on Takeshi's back.
Tsugumi: "You really are an idiot..."
Takeshi: "That's right... I'm an idiot."
Tsugumi: "Yes... a complete and big idiot..."

-Tsugumi then closes her eyes, and their faces approach. And then, Takeshi and Tsugumi "become one" again.
-Later, Tsugumi tells Takeshi to wake up, telling him the sub's arrived. Takeshi gets out of bed, and Tsugumi asks how his body's doing. He says he's fine now, and they should be ready to go. Tsugumi gets Chami, and they go out to the hallway.
-In the hallway, they see Pipi. Tsugumi realizes the rescue team must not have seen him. Pipi is out, but doesn't have a terabyte disk in this version. Just then, IBF shakes. We hear an announcement in German about an implosion in five minutes. Takeshi complains about the annoucement coming so late, and Takeshi and Tsugumi hurry.
-They go to the sub bay and find the sub waiting for them. They enter, and get out.
(And then they lived happily ever after... I wish. You all know what's coming next. Hell, my heart is pounding.)

Spoiler for Ever17 Xbox 360 Tsugumi Part 46 (Finale) (end-game spoilers):

-The sub goes out to the ocean. LeMU finally collapses, sinking into the ocean. In the sub, Takeshi remarks how they've saved everyone (including Sora's backup), as well as Pipi.

Takeshi: "Looks like I win the bet. Well, Tsugumi? Wouldn't you say hope exists?"
Tsugumi: "That's right. Hee hee hee, it's my loss. There isn't just despair in the world... there's hope as well."
Takeshi: "Yeah. No matter how hopeless the situation may seem, if you have hope in your heart, you can fight that. You can stand up against fate. So hope will never... leave you."
Tsugumi: "... It seems that way."
Takeshi: "So Tsugumi, from now on... no matter what happens, never let go of hope."
Tsugumi: "I understand. I'll absolutely never let go of hope."
(Please stop saying this! Do you realize how many death flags you're tripping right now!?)

-The sub continues. Takeshi and Tsugumi only stare at each other, wrapped up in each other's warmth. Just then, the sub rocks. A beeping comes from the sub. Tsugumi doesn't want to look at the monitor. Takeshi reads it. "Low Battery".
-The dialogue and descriptions are the same as the sub begins to sink. Takeshi looks around to see if there's a way he can help their situation. Like in the original, there's nothing they can do. Tsugumi laughs bitterly, and starts crying. When Takeshi sees Tsugumi like that, he makes up his mind. Like the EI elevator, he'll be the ballast.
-He opens the hatch and gets out before Tsugumi can react. She tells him to open up, but he refuses. He tells her "Do you know the Archimedes Principle?" She begs him not to die, but he opens the hatch and floods out.
(Okay, now I'm mad. They cut out over half the dialogue in this part, including Takeshi's "as long as you're alive, live!" and made it too fast! Of all the places to not keep in the original dialogue, they chose this one!? They better be saving the full dialogue for the Coco Route!)
-Takeshi thinks to himself there's no way he can swim up. He apologizes mentally to Tsugumi, saying it looks like he lost the bet. He begs her not to fall into despair. As he's drowning, the images of all his friends float in his mind. He thinks "We had... fun... huh...?" He drowns.

-Credits start. Song is "Je nach". The life readings counter flashes between three numbers: 0, 1, and 2...
-End credits.
-And to top it off? They misspelled the end part! "This story is not an end yet. Because only you are Sin the infinity loop." Yep, I didn't mispell that.
-Unlock Achievements. I got Tsugumi's Good Ending clear, and "Releasing the Second Viewpoint".

I personally enjoying reading your summery, it gives us a pretty good idea how the remake differs from the original. However, its probably best you leave everything else for people to discover by themselves (maybe it will actually get released outside of Japan someday).

Some people have expressed genuine curiosity about wanting to know what happens in the Xbox 360 version, since they have no intention of getting it and are just curious about what's different.

Let me ask you this, then- what's the difference between what I'm doing and a Let's Play? Couldn't you also say a Let's Play would also be considered piracy? Yet there are many people who do those. I don't see anyone else complaining about them. If you don't want to read them, then all you have to do is not read it. It's not like I'm marking any of this unspoilered or not warning people that this will spoil the entire game.

Well then, with one vote for yes so far, I will continue unless more people come in and the majority turns to "no". Remember, it's your choice whether or not you want to know what happens in the Xbox 360 version. 4as is right, it could very well come out in English someday.

With that said, I already have Sora's first section prepared, so here it is.

Spoiler for Ever17 Xbox 360 Sora Part 1 (end-game spoilers):

-From the start. I chose to focus on Sora's talking this time. She basically shows and gives a brief explanation of the attractions. When Takeshi takes off his earphones, he tells Coco to tell him the joke now. She does so with the high-pitched voice, and Takeshi laughs. He is surprised that he doesn't see Sora, though. I stayed silent when Tsugumi question Takeshi. The silence stays between them.
-Now that I've completed one of Takeshi's Routes, I now have a choice between him and Hokuto. I picked Takeshi again. When it comes to after they escaped the rushing water, I said "It's not your fault."
-Fast forward. Rather than thanking Tsugumi, I berated her for not wanting to get along with everyone. Takeshi says they should try to work together so they can all help each other. Tsugumi merely goes "Hmph, are you an idiot?" and scorns Takeshi's words, saying none of them are related, just strangers who happened to get trapped in the same place.
-Fast forward to the end of Day 1. When LeMU starts creaking, Takeshi wonders where Sora is, whether she's still in the Control Room or somewhere else, and whether or not she intends to sleep. He quickly drops the issue, though.
-Fast forward to the blackout. When Takeshi meets up with Tsugumi, he tries to say they should search for Sora instead, but Tsugumi urges him on. Then, when she says she needs him, Takeshi says he wants to make sure the others are safe, but Tsugumi points out with the blackout, they could all freeze with the helium gas out of control. Takeshi then agrees.
-Fast forward to outside the Generator Room. This time, I didn't have Takeshi follow Tsugumi, and instead, he takes a little nap. He suddenly hears the sound of something rattling, and decides to go after look around.
-Fast forward to Staff Room. Takeshi is relieved to see Sora's all right. He asks where she was, and she apologizes. He then laughs it off, and tries to pat Sora on the shoulder, but it seems to miss her. He shrugs it off.
-Minutes later, when Sora's properly introducing herself once it's been revealed she's a hologram, I have Takeshi think to himself that Sora's still a companion. Fast forward to when Sora leaves to head upstairs when they go to get the food. She says "Goodbye." Takeshi tells her that in times like this, she shouldn't say goodbye, but rather, "See you later."
-She's confused saying, "Unless I'm mistaken, isn't 'Goodbye' the customary way of parting with someone?" Takeshi explains the difference between the two. She says she understands, and tells everyone she'll see them later.
-Fast forward. When the group comes across Sora upstairs, Takeshi says "Welcome back." Her response, "Um.... ah... I would say 'I'm back' to this, wouldn't I?" Takeshi agrees, and gives Sora a smile.
-Fast forward to Day 3. For the hell of it, I decided to say Takeshi knew Super Memory. Takeshi figures out it's a different name for "Concentration". None of the others know what it is, so Takeshi's like "What!? How can you not know?!" The rest is the same.
-When I get to Tsugumi in the Control Room, I ask her what she was looking up. She tells Takeshi it has nothing to do with him, and refuses to answer.
-This time, I had Takeshi turn the valves the wrong way. This causes one of the pipes to shoot water out, which Tsugumi stops as she says, "Hmph, you really are useless..."
(I played the original Ever17 in order of Tsugumi-You-Sora-Sara, so having Tsugumi acting all cold again right after her route really hurts, as I remember how she was so kind just a few hours ago...)
-Kaburaki and Coco comment on how soaked Takeshi is. Rest plays out the same. Sora asks Takeshi to talk with her. Choice time.

Spoiler for Ever17 Xbox 360 Sora Part 2 (end-game spoilers):

-Takeshi agrees to go with Sora. She says she'd like to talk in the aquarium, and they arrive there. Sora tells him she was created in April 2011, that she's been around for 2223 days. She then asks them if they can play Tag.
-She then starts using her Mirage abilities to rematerialize onto various places Takeshi can't reach or to just basically teleport. She then makes multiple versions of herself. Takeshi then yells he can't catch her like this. She tells him she's having fun.
-Takeshi asks Sora if she's not feeling well. Sora finally just materializes as one. She then says she'll begin the real discussion. She then begins talking about how she can appear to everyone and starts talking about perception.
-The conversation shifts to parallel worlds, as Sora talks about how the multiple versions of her could be considered parallel worlds, and how to the others, parallel words are things that wouldn't feel real to them.
-She then starts talking about how she has systems to emulate human behavior again. There's a lot of technological terms here that I'm not getting, but it seems pretty similar to the original, particularly about what you can or can't see. As she continues to explain her systems, she asks Takeshi if he'd like to hear more. Choice time.
-Takeshi says yes, and she starts to explain her functions. Takeshi says no, he wants to know more about Sora. Sora then describes herself as an AI, and that she get some knowledge by studying from her database. When he hears this, Takeshi gets a mental image of Sora like a school girl, wrapped up in studying (no, we don't get an actual image of this like the Tsugumi maid waitress, just a description).
-He laughs, and Sora wonders what's so funny. Takeshi tells her, and she's look "Huh... 'funny'?" He says it was kinda a cute image, and she goes "C-'Cute'... you say!?" She wonders how studying could be cute, saying "Does not compute..." (Well, not exactly, but that's one way of translating it).
-Sora's all wrapped up in the "cute" concept. She then immediately goes back to her explanation about parallel worlds, and finishes up.
-Fast forward. After having lunch, Takeshi thinks about the situation. He then goes to the pool, where he feels coolness, and realizes it's "raining". He briefly worries that the room is flooding, then sees Sora watching the flowers.
-Sora talks about the cycle of flowers blooming, dying, and then returning. She wonders for what purpose they live, and why they bloom. As Takeshi thinks it over, he freaks out again as he still believes it's flooding. Sora explains it's the fire sprinklers, causing Takeshi to think there's a fire, but she then explains she's just watering the flowers. He calms down.
-She explains to him that normally, the sprinklers go off automatically, but with the sirens cut, they have to be activated manually, so it'll become troublesome if a fire breaks out unnoticed. Just as Takeshi tells Sora she's kind...
-You bursts in, shouting, "Where's the fire!?" and starts panicking like Takeshi was minutes ago. She says there was a fire warning on the monitors in the Control Room, so she came running over. Takeshi explains, and Sora shuts off the sprinklers.
-You asks if this was a prank. Takeshi jokes that he was the one who did it by pressing a random button. You asks (angrily) "What are you, an elementary school student!?" Like on Day 5 of Tsugumi's Route, she throws him on his back.
-When he regains consciousness, You tells him not to make lies up like that, as Sora's explained the situation, and she praises You for growing the flowers. Sora apologizes, which Takeshi says she doesn't have to. You agrees, saying the bad one is Takeshi.
-The three of them then admire the flowers. Takeshi wonders if the flowers he and You are seeing are the same as what Sora's seeing.
-End Day 3.

Spoiler for Ever17 Xbox 360 Sora Part 3 (end-game spoilers):

-Day 4. Fast forward. After seeing Tsugumi, he tells Sora it's not her fault Tsugumi was hurt, that it was no one's fault. Fast forward. Note that I already covered most of this in Tsugumi Parts 15-20. At the pool, Takeshi says Sora called him up. Fast forward.
-Now then, we're back at the part I left off at back at Part 20. Takeshi tells Sora to flood the electrified hallway with pure water. Sora's concerned, but Takeshi tells her not to worry, and she should just root for him. She then tells him to do his best, and she'll believe in him.
-Takeshi goes to the electrified room as it floods. When it gets up to his head, he starts swimming at the bottom. This section is pretty similar to the "rescue Chami" section, with Takeshi almost passing out until he remembers his friends. Sora's rooting from earlier gets him moving again. He makes it to the other end.
-He lies on the floor, where he hears Sora's voice. He gets up, and she's relieved he's okay, saying she believed he'd be all right. He says it's thanks to her he's all right. He asks how long the sprinklers will go for, and she says ten minutes. He realizes he needs to hurry.
-He starts the pumps. Sora thanks him, saying the draining is beginning. Takeshi says she's the one he needs to thank, though she's embarrassed. Takeshi returns to the Infirmary. More fast forwarding.
-We get to the Cosmic Whale. Since Takeshi and Tsugumi didn't make a bet here, he just remembers Tsugumi calling him a hypocrite. He swears he'll save everyone. They head straight for the Control Room without Takeshi encouraging the others.
-Fast forward again. When we get to the gift shop, he sees several MyunMyun dolls lined up, "like brothers", and he thinks of Sora saying she had sisters, and thinks about Sora's conversations with him.
-Just then, Pipi comes up to him, whining with red lines around his mouth and eyes. Coco comes over to him, and says she's doing makeup with Pipi. Pipi is not pleased about this, and so Coco goes to wash him off.
-Fast forward until Takeshi decided to go to the hot springs. Sora suddenly asks if she can have a minute, saving she has a favor to ask him. Takeshi agrees, and she asks if he'll "go out" with her ("go out" in Japanese can also mean "to accompany").
-She says she wants to get more data about how to communicate with others, since there's not enough info in her database. Takeshi agrees, and she thanks him. They go to the pool, where Sora explains there are parts of communcation she's just not getting.
-She says she used something to get a better idea of how human relations work. Takeshi asks what it was, and she says it was a "love visual novel". Takeshi is shocked, and suddenly, Sora uses the Mirage system to change the room.

Spoiler for Ever17 Xbox 360 Sora Part 4 (end-game spoilers):

-The scene is of a park with two benches overlooking a river, with a bridge that connects to a city across the river. It appears to be spring, as cherry blossoms are blooming. Takeshi is confused, and we suddenly hear panting.

Sora: "Haah... Haah.. Haah...Haah..."
We hear the sound of Sora running across the brick road, though Takeshi only hears her first, not actually seeing her.
Takeshi: "Hmm?"
Sora: "*Pants*"
Takeshi turns towards the runner, seeing it's Sora.
Takeshi: "WHAT!?"
Takeshi note she's dressed in a school uniform, and admits she gives off a cute feeling. As Sora approaches, she shouts.
Sora: "Ah, I'm late, I'm late! Ah! Out of the way, out of the way!"
Sora bumps into him. We get a CG of Sora in a school uniform.

-Takeshi asks what's going on. Sora says "According to my data, this is the 'scene where the heroine and main protagonist meet'." Takeshi says he gets that, but asks why she's doing this. She says in order for people to get along well, they have to meet first so that communication can start, so she chose a "Love visual novel" simulation to attempt this.
-Takeshi says, "I feel you're not really getting it." Sora looks sad, and says, "Really? Did I make a mistake?" Takeshi basically says no, it still kinda works, making her happy again. She says next is "the exchange of e-mail addresses", saying it's usually what happens after the meeting. When they do that, Sora says "let's move on!"
-We cut to a classroom, and see an image of Sora sitting in her seat, looking irritated.

Sora: "Takeshi, how long are you going to space out standing for? The teacher's coming."

-Takeshi wonders if Sora's supposed to be the same character as earlier, as she seems more irritable now and she's not even calling him "Kuranari-san".

Sora: "Takeshi, your seat's next to mine, so if you're still standing, the teacher will get mad at me. Hurry up and take your seat."

-Takeshi agrees, and remarks that he doesn't know what to make of this Sora, feeling weird inside.

Sora: "Geez, you forgot your textbook again. You really are pathetic. Fine, for today and today alone, I'll let you look at my textbook. (Takeshi looks) Even I don't really want to do this... C'mon, get closer already."

-Takeshi falls over, and we see the normal Sora again, who asks Takeshi if he's all right. He says he's fine, and asks what's next. She lists several things, and he tells her to stop and only do one. She reluctantly agrees, and changes the location.

Spoiler for Ever17 Xbox 360 Sora Part 5 (end-game spoilers):

-They appear to be in a normal room. Sora says this is part of the "childhood friend" simulation attempt. He asks why she's doing that again, and she suddenly gets into the topic of her creation, talking about the LEMMIH series production, the completion of the prototype, and her designation. She says she's 24 years old despite being made 6 years ago.
-She says here, she's trying to emulate a 16 year old human girl character, but can't quite get it due to her limitations, and as a result of being eternally 24, the concept of a childhood friend is very mysterious. As they talk about it, Takeshi metions the longer you spend with someone, whether it's family, friends, or a lover, the more relaxed you feel around them.
-Sora tells him she's about to begin, and tells Takeshi to lie on the bed (which is actually a bench that looks like a bed due to the Mirage system). He agrees. Sora then acts out a typical "childhood friend trying to wake up the guy she likes" scene.

Sora: "Takeshi-chan, are you awake? It's morning! Geez, you really are still asleep. How pathetic. Takeshi-chan, wake upppp! We're going to be late for school."
Takeshi realizes what she means, and decides to play along.
Takeshi: "Zzz... Zzz... I can't eat any more..."
Sora: "Oh geez, you sleepyhead! WAKE UP! It's morning!"
As Takeshi thinks to wake up, he opens his eyes when he hears footsteps.

-He sees Coco, who asks Sora what she's doing. Sora explains the roleplaying, and Coco asks if she can try, Sora agrees, and says Coco can be Takeshi's little sister, to which she agrees.
(Oh god... this is every VN cliche rolled into one...)

Coco: "Onii-chan, are you awake?"
Takeshi: "*Snores*"
Coco: "Ah, you're still asleep! Geez, you're such a troubling Onii-chan!! Okay, in that case... I'll do... this!" (She shoots mustard into his nose.)

I personally enjoying reading your summery, it gives us a pretty good idea how the remake differs from the original. However, its probably best you leave everything else for people to discover by themselves (maybe it will actually get released outside of Japan someday).

He's not forcing anyone to read it. It's also highly unlikely this will get released outside of Japan anyway. Besides, his summaries are not ridiculously detailed, they're mostly for players already familiar with the game. They're the ones who will get the most out of them.

It's nothing like pirating, so get over yourself. Wikipedia would be a prime source of pirated information if we were to adhere to your definition.

Spoiler for Ever17 Xbox 360 Sora Part 6 (end-game spoilers):

-Takeshi goes to the hot springs, relaxes and goes back to the Staff Room, drinking coffee (yep, no fanservice this time either!). He walks in the hallways, and comes across Tsugumi, who's soaking wet. He asks her what happened, and she says "It has... nothing to do with you... leave me alone!" Just then, he grabs her shoulder, and she drops something brown, which goes running off.

Tsugumi: "... Ah!? Chami... Chami... wait..."
(Poor Tsugumi sounds so sad when she says these lines).

-Takeshi tells her to leave it to him, and he catches Chami. Tsugumi takes him from Takeshi, and apologizes to Chami. He thinks it's a rat, so he keeps calling him a rat, when Tsugumi shouts he's wrong, then quietly says he's a Djungarian Hamster named Chami.
(I really wish you could all here this... Tsugumi sounds so cute here. And that's not a word I use often.)
-Takeshi tells Tsugumi she should take a shower and change her clothes. Tsugumi is reluctant to do so, because of Chami, so Takeshi says he'll watch Chami while she's doing that. She agrees.
-While waiting, Takeshi plays with Chami using nuts to feed him. He remembers how cute Tsugumi looked with Chami, and wonders what she thinks of Chami, wondering if he's her pet, friend, or companion.
-Tsugumi comes out (with the same clothes on) and leaves. Takeshi says he doesn't know what she was doing, but she shouldn't push herself. As she leaves, she thanks him, stunning Takeshi.
-As he thinks over this, his cellphone (right, forgot to mention, but Takeshi has a cellphone instead of a PDA in this version) suddenly beeps, as he gets a text from Sora. She says she has something important to talk about, so he should meet her in front of the goddess statues.
-He goes to the statues, but doesn't see her. She quickly shows up, and says she'd like to apologize for earlier. He replies Coco was responsible for the mustard, not her. She tells him that unfortunately, she still doesn't get communication very well. He thinks maybe the simulation wasn't enough.
-He offers they go on a date. She says "A date? Then what kind of situation-" then Takeshi cuts her off and says there's no need for a simulation, they should just do one. She asks what background she should create, then Takeshi realizes they're in a theme park, so there's no need for that, since that's already an ideal location.
-They start the date by going to the Qualle (hey! That's Takeshi and Tsugumi's place!), where Sora is fascinated by the fish outside. She says this is the first time she's ridden with a man (yep, you read that correctly), since she's mostly watched it on a monitor, where's she's seen families and couples ride on it with fun, gentle smiles.
-Takeshi asks her to do that, and Sora asks for the same. Sora says she's surprised the Qualle is the kind of place that can do that. Takeshi says it's not that, it's because people have more fun riding it with someone else.
