@ Zero - Maybe that's the reason everyone sees no problem hitting on Ichika? They probably think that his shield protects him from anything (Cecilia punched him across the beach yet all he says is "Geez, that hurt!")

Absolute Defense works if the pilot is under a death-threat, and without pilot suit, Ichika is as fragile as flower (lol) and thus while limited, I.S. Shield will defend him from most the damage caused by the attack (not the pain though

)

Please give me the deeper meaning to each event.

girl - What Ichika did for them

Houki - beat-up some guys who made fun of Houki(play the hero?)

Cecilia - He showed her that he had... nuts?(I think this is more hot for him than love him.)

Rin - beat-up some guys who were picking on Rin(playing hero not once but twice?)

Charlotte - Willing to risk life and limb to let her live her own life...(I honestly think this is legit.)

Laura - Ichika showed her true strength...(I don't quite understand...)

Laura - Saved her from the VT system and taught her that being strong doesn't equate to being violent and Sadistic.

@ demino_hellsin - It depends on who you're talking about. Irish doesn't bother to hide his name and people comment it sounds kind of retarded since it's a nationality rather than an actual name. If it's someone like Houki then they'll ignore it. If it's someone like Cecilia and Rin they'd probably comment on it and wonder what the hell it means. On the other hand, Rong sounds like it could be an actual name (just say it's traditional like Tatenashi does) while "Irish" is obviously a nationality and not a proper noun to be used for identification.

Yeah, they refer each other by their nicknames when they're by themselves.

But when there are talking with other people other than themselves, they refer to each other by their real names.

@ Jak - Answered in post above. I doubt they'd call themselves that in casual convo unlike Rong and Irish who call themselves by irregular names all the time.

No, that's an alias he took up. It's mandarin for "honor", a word that's kind of personal for him since his dad taught him about the subject

. You could say it's the only thing he has left of his life before HustleBack.

I also wanted to point out that it was in chapter 1 where they called each other by their real names.

As for Rong's name, I took a quick look at his profile a few pages back and it said that he doesn't have a real name. "Rong" is an alias.
