I am specifically looking for anime like Kaze no Stigma, Chrome Shelled Regios, Mutse Emmei Ryu:Shura no Toki etc in which there is a strong male/female character who gets overwhelmed by an even stronger/cooler opposite sex character. Then it develops into love or aspiration or infatuation.... whatever. Then I don't mind the usual drama of protecting vows and promises etc.
Please make sure its opposite sex, don't want any homo sh!t....

I hope u catch my drift cheers!.....

Fushigi Yugi manga and Ceres Celestial Legend manga are much better than the anime versions.

Fushigi Yugi has a couple dating and in a serious relationship that get engaged and are in a deep, committed relationship. The manga is much longer than the anime and shows them as a committed couple much longer and the relationship gets much deeper and more intimate.

Ceres Celestial Legend manga also has more sex, dating, making out and intimacy.

Sailor Moon manga also has more serious relationship.

Dude you are totally missing the point. Who said anything about serious relationship or sex, although i don't mind them but its not at all the focal point.
The key thing is realization of onces weakness after seeing your much stronger opposite sex character and falling for it in some way or the other. That is what I meant by overwhelmed. Thanks anyways......

Well i tried watching, It is not as amazing as you say. Gave up after second episode lols!.. Found it boring, tell me if it gets any better later.

Yeah hit and miss. I guess it's a bit like marmite. It does get better though in my opinion, most definitely after the second episode....

Would you be interested in some manga? 'Cause I know some titles that would definitely be up your street.
