After looking at another set of subs for this series, you guys are right. It's like they spent so much time trying to sound German that they neglected everything else. It's a pity that I have a lot of stuff from Commie in the past...

On another note, I can't help but feel a little wigged out that so many artists out there keep wanting to get the Oorai girls' kit off when the series is trying really hard to not even flip skirts and the like.

Looks like there are Sound Drama's for each of the girls. The linked one is Yukari talking about, what else, tanks! Mostly, her favorite tanks the 7TP and the Nahuel.

Looks like that asides from basic introduction, the sound dramas also go into detail on why the girls like the tanks they do. Really want to know what they're saying (Although I got Hana's reason for liking the Carro Velloce L33 because it's "small and cute").

On other animes their localization goes overboard, and some other groups who reencode using their subs end up reinserting honorifics and japanese last/first name order.

Also Saori started calling Miho, Miporin and Yukari, Yukarin which is completely omitted in their subs.

And thatnks to not translating honorifics, they missed out a little detail - when the instructor introduces herself, it's as "Chouno Ami-ichii". Ichii is JSDF portmanteau of itto-kuni, which translates into as a Captain-equivalent rank (JSDF doesn't follow the IJA/IJN rank terminology).

given how Yukari looks and behaves with Miho is more qu'évidant but it is no doubt that an attitude of a fan of tank has the chance to be friends with the daughter of the great Nishizumi and the sister of the famous Maho

I wonder...... Is there any chance that Miho will offically appoint Yukari as her second-in-comand? She has a good knowledge about the tank. However, we don't know how good she is at commanding. (In case she need to do it in place of Miho)

As has been said previously, loader is very much an apprentice position (at least in modern tanks).

What I've read suggests that the loader position is usually held by the new guy, because that's the easiest role to train up, but he doesn't stay there forever, and moves up to other things later on.

Saori spends more time speaking during Mako's (trying to wake her up) than Mako herself does.
