Agreed even as Kyouko/Yui shipper, SakuHima is undoubtedly the OTP of yuruyuri

Kyouko/Yui is great, but Kyouko is simply too full of win and deserve her harem and not be tight down to just one girl.

Maybe Kyouko is the greatest manipulator of the series. After ensnared Yui with that protecting-crybaby-childhood-friend flag, now she extend her reach toward Ayano with the airhead-but-actually-genius personality

I definitely want to see the introduction of Akane through. Very promising character set up and design. Can't remember if she has sibling or not, but she surely gave an onee-chan vibe

Basically there is four OTPs in YuruYuri as I see it:

SakuHima
TOSHINO KYOUKO!/Harem
Kanchou-hime/Boom-sensei
The Yuri Wonder Twins

Akane is Akari's older sister. Of course her onee-chan vibe is a ruse so Akari lets her guard down around her, and then she strikes!

We manga-readers all know that Akane has a younger sister in Chinatsu's class, who often is showed in the background in Season 1 (hint: blink and you will miss her). But she hasn't had actual screen time yet. I guess the hair colour kinda gave it away, but shouldn't we let anime viewers guessing the identity of Akane's sibling?

^They should've used that for YuruYuri season 1's OP. Much, much better than the one it actually got.

I do hope S2 will get a better OP this time around. The ED is a different matter altogether. The catchiness of the old one is going to be hard to beat. Then again, I never thought they'd beat Working!!'s OP in its S2 either, and yet they managed to do it.
