ワスバーガー。
ドジビロングッズをねだる今鳥。
いつものように困るイチさん。
そこにアルバイト仲間の鈴木という大学生が現れる。
今鳥を軽くあしらい、なにやらイチさんと楽しげに会話。
それを見て、あまり穏やかでない今鳥、退店。
あまり残念そうな顔を見せないイチさんであった。

3時間後。今鳥、服屋に。
すると、さっきの鈴木が友人と一緒にいた。
何となくむかついて帰ろうとする今鳥の耳に、完全にイチさんを遊びの相手としか捉えてない、彼女持ちの鈴木 の声。

翌日、学校。
鈴木との関係を尋ねる今鳥。
言葉で否定はしたもののイチさん、完全に舞い上がってる様子。

テラスで考える今鳥。イチさんの身を案じ、しばし考える。
と、一瞬イチさんと鈴木の図が頭をよぎる。
イライラがたまり、腹いせに女の子をデート誘いまくる。
が、こんな時に限って、みんな都合が悪い。

ん？アイツなら確実だが…

いきなり膝蹴りをかますララ。
あわてて目的を伝える今鳥。
殴られる？ と身構える。
しかし何も起きず。
不思議に思い目を上げると

「ほ…本当か？」

の言葉と共に、ときめいた表情をしたララがいた。

From the Babelfish translation I did, it sounds like this chapter focuses on lesser characters; specifically, Eri's maid. It was really garbled, though, so I don't really have any idea what's going on this chapter.

Was Burger [parody of "Mos Burger"]

ドジビロングッズをねだる今鳥。
Imadori pesters them for Dojibiron merch. [toys in the kids' meals?]

いつものように困るイチさん。
Ichi is in a bad spot, as usual.

そこにアルバイト仲間の鈴木という大学生が現れる。
Her part-time coworker, a college student named Suzuki, appears.

今鳥を軽くあしらい、なにやらイチさんと楽しげに会話。
He deals lightly with Imadori, then cheerfully converses with Ichi about this and that

それを見て、あまり穏やかでない今鳥、退店。
Seeing that, Imadori, unable to stay quiet, leaves the place.

あまり残念そうな顔を見せないイチさんであった。
Ichi does not look especially disappointed.

3時間後。今鳥、服屋に。
3 hours later. Imadori, at a clothing store.

すると、さっきの鈴木が友人と一緒にいた。
Suzuki, from before, and a friend are there together.

何となくむかついて帰ろうとする今鳥の耳に、完全にイチさんを遊びの相手としか捉えてない、彼女持ちの鈴木 の声。
Imadori is annoyed for some reason and tries to leave, but the voice of Suzuki, who has a girlfriend and wants to have Ichi as nothing more than a "playmate", reaches his ears.

翌日、学校。
The next day, at school.

鈴木との関係を尋ねる今鳥。
Imadori questions Ichijou about her relationship with Suzuki.

言葉で否定はしたもののイチさん、完全に舞い上がってる様子。
Though Ichi doesn't want to talk about it, she looks quite happy.

テラスで考える今鳥。イチさんの身を案じ、しばし考える。
Imadori thinks on the terrace. He contemplates Ichi's body, briefly.

と、一瞬イチさんと鈴木の図が頭をよぎる。
And instantly an image of Ichi and Suzuki crosses his mind.

イライラがたまり、腹いせに女の子をデート誘いまくる。
Becoming more and more irritated, he goes around inviting other girls on dates, as revenge.

が、こんな時に限って、みんな都合が悪い。
But, this particular time isn't good for any of them.

ん？アイツなら確実だが…
"Hm? If it's him/her, then it's certain..." [not sure how to interpret this part]

いきなり膝蹴りをかますララ。
Suddenly, Lala delivers a blow with her knee

あわてて目的を伝える今鳥。
Startled, Imadori relates his objective.

殴られる？ と身構える。
He raises his guard, assuming she'll hit him

しかし何も起きず。
But nothing hapens.

不思議に思い目を上げると
Thinking it strange, he raises his eyes, and

「ほ…本当か？」の言葉と共に、ときめいた表情をしたララがいた。
Lala says "R- really?" with a heart-pounding expression.

Imadori getting annoyed at Ichijou having someone else, or just that she's being used? Or both?

Also: Imadori x Lala??? Or Lala just excited about pissing off Ichijou?

No. From the Babelfish translation, the name Suzuki popped up a lot in a bunch of incoherent sentences, so I searched for the name at the School Rumble page on Wikipedia. Eri's maid's name is Masaru Suzuki, so I thought that's what the chapter may be about. It just joes to show how using Babelfish doesn't work.

As for the chapter, it seems to confirm Apple Juice as jealousy roars its ugly head in the form of Imadori. I don't really mind if the story develops lesser characters, so long as something permanent results from this.

It's a fairly good sign, actually. If you factor in the events of the election arc, this should help wrap up the last of the side story romances - which is good news for a conclusion. I have no idea where we are in the timeline, though.

Besides, Ch.227 should help keep you going for a while.

"vs" is short for "versus". In this context it means a competition (or "fight") between the two.

So it's a fight between Eri and Yakumo.
