The first pic was pretty much inproportionate?(Did you trace it?)And again,try to let go and go with your own style,the second pic was much better,the overall effect was simple and smooth,good job.

you got a nice cartoon style and you have definately got style. If you are totaly trying to replicate a pic of naruto, i would try to have the lines slightly more realistic then really flowing. Also put the eys slightly closer together. Overall there good

Cool stuff man, the first pic was akward looking with the eyes, hands, arms, and legs. Though the second one was nice I liked it

One noteable thing is that you aren't drawing the hidden leaf village insignia correctly.
