And I still want to know what happens if Mikoto really does get drunk... I really want to see it happen. It has only happened in doujinshi so far but I want Kamachi himself actually making Mikoto get drunk by accident.

Looking by her mother though, I would say answer is obvious, but still!

I don't know if there's a difference, but Manga Kuroko is certainly a lot more tolerable.

Mikoto/Kuroko One is immature and easily embarrassed, the other is a bold pervert... comedy gold!

They also do get some touching moments, more so in Railgun S , but I was sold by the Remanent Arc in Index TBH.

Touma / Misaka Imouto. Because every time they meet outside of battle (and backstreet horrors) it tends to be a crowning moment of heartwarming.

The fact horrific things happen to Imouto and Touma goes off to end that nightmare is just the icing on the cake (hopefully she'll get some scenes with him in the NT LNs soon!)

Touma / Misaki is kind of interesting. At the moment she gives the impression of being a bit of a evil multiplicative bitch, but this is Railldex, so I'm expecting there likely more to the story. Also she seems to know Touma from before his memory loss and keeps trying to get close to him, but not too close.... and and I'm intrigued to find out were its going.
