He basically trips the mech and since it has a black hole barrier effect. It will just continue to go dooooooooooooooown until there is nothing that goes in its way again.

Then Inaho just puts a ladder so he can pass through the hole the mech falls into.

There is a huge mistake in this though. Inaho would be smart enough to understand that this would not work due to inertia. You know, those experiments where you put a full bottle onto a piece of paper and then pull the paper away, while the bottle does not fall over.
